Pretty much everyone around the world is stressed. Supply chain problems, fuel costs, lack of workers, illness, lack of money and on and on.
I am noticing some people stepping up their good cheer and/or good manners game. Rather than be nasty or bitchy or taking things out on others (which I can understand and tolerate), they are taking care to not do these things. They are demonstrating patience, even when they are clearly in the right.
It's as if they have some kind of sophistication or maybe it's generosity or good boundaries. These qualities allow them to be very pleasant in these unpleasant circumstances.
I have interacted with a good number of people like this over the last month or so. It's a certain kind of unsung hero. I'm posting this on the chance it inspires you like it's inspired me.
Are you meeting particularly fine people out there, too?
Yes I have been fortunate enough to still come across plenty of people like this! Simple stuff too, like a driver letting multiple cars cut in front of them at a traffic light when the light turns green. They technically didn't have to do that but they did anyway.
I feel like the people you've described are not only caring people, but they know how to make sure their cup is filled enough too so they can give back to others - and for some people, the very act of helping others fills their cup, which I need to practice more of getting into the mindset of...

A friend shared a video by astrologer Caroline Casey, it was about in-sourcing your Saturn. She said that is what these years are about, learning to do that, rather than externalising it. It seems to fit with the description of behaviour here, especially patience, taking responsibility, perhaps tolerance, acceptance, also boundaries.
