My current boyfriend causes me to feel like a crazed person. I feel obsessed with him in some ways, and emotionally the connection is insane.
Is this obsessive love a Pluto thing? What aspects attribute? Have you ever had it? Could Saturn be involved as well if it seems impossible to break up, no matter how bad it is?
I'm a novice but I think Pluto. I have Pluto in the 7th and when I love, I love hard! No eyes for anyone else. I felt a maddening love with my 1st love but he was so bad for me. I did feel that if I ever broke up with him I wouldn't be able to breathe. He cheated on me multiple times and I just couldn't walk away. I always describe him as a twisted obsessive love. One day though while he was away, I woke up and I was done. Never looked back even though I still loved him deeply.
With my husband I did have an obsessive love in the beginning. I lived and breathed him. He made me the happiest I had ever been in my life and that high lasted for years. (It's subsided a little now but we've been together a long time) He was the complete opposite from my ex. He has moon/pluto and Mars Squ. Pluto so I felt the loyalty in return and this made a world of a difference. I do think if God forbid we ever broke up he will always be the love of my life.

I concur that Pluto is a factor but I would look at Neptune before I'd look at Saturn when it comes to obsessive love. I have a tight Pluto Mars square and a tight Neptune moon square. I tend to idolize my men and I always obsess, even when I'm not in love. The man who had the strongest hold on me has his Pluto smack dab on my ascendant and conjunct my moon, trine my Mars. Took me two years to get over him and our love was far from ideal. Edited to add: his Mars is conjunct my Neptune...not sure how big a deal that aspect is...just now realized it...I would guess he activated my fantasies, fueled my dream fire. I told him once that he was my god and he said,"Dear, you are ridiculous." 
My Pluto/Vertex conjunction is in my 7th house, trines my Sun and sextiles my Jupiter in 5th and my Neptune which opposes my Sun.
One obsession had his Sun conjunct my Pluto/Vertex, another had his Sun conjunct my Jupiter and his Chiron conjunct exactly my South Node/Uranus.
The man I married had no Sun connections, but his Jupiter and Uranus hit those planets with sextiles and trines, and his Venus was conjunct mine by two degrees.
