Are Psychopaths Born Or Bred?

I don't think it stems from genes. Some people get destroyed early on by the reception they receive on Earth. This can run in families if each generation abuses the next due to their conditioning. Adults raising infants is a minefield, especially if the adult doesn't have the capacity to be in touch with the vulnerability and needs of the infant. Many people think of babies as objects or extensions of themselves or assume they have more sophisticated capacities. A friend of mine, when she was pregnant with her first child, her husband was telling me that babies were easy to look after, like puppies. Of course, looking for a gene to explain away our basic incapacity to deal with human vulnerability, is a nice simple equation, keeps all our s--t in the closet, and avoids taking responsibility. Is it obvious I have Saturn in Cancer? lol.

It's a mere two years later. Now I can see that we're all being guided to behave like psychopaths.

Operant and classical conditioning are factors which are much more prominent and influential than whatever genetic "proof" you can find. It's learned behavior, not innate within one's being prior to or at the moment of birth. That shreds autonomy or free will.

@darkaquarian Born or bred, it's extreme selfishness. Selfishness is promoted 'round the clock.
