A couple of days ago I saw the most beautiful dove perched on the branch of tree. It let me get so close. I was watching it from a few feet away. Then today saw a hawk with a little black bird in its talons, and it was struggling, trying to get out of the hawks grip:( strange contrast. Nature is brutal.

@sirena-oceana We can learn so much from paying attention to nature. I saw a robin pick up a baby snake out of my yard and go through a lot of effort to kill it. It didn't even eat it, but just killed it and left it in our driveway. Could it be preventative action before the snake grows up and eats the robin's eggs?

I am loving my 12 step program! Going to meetings on Zoom is an invaluable lifeline, especially considering the closest in-person meeting is a 2.5 hour drive that I would probably never ever make. I haven't smoked weed in well over 2 weeks, and I know I couldn't have done it without the support of MA. Last night I dreamed I was flying! It was like a toy plane? that I was riding with 3 other sober people? The plane did crash, but I landed a front handspring haha! Marijuana kills dreams, so I'm glad to have them back, and that's only the second time in my life that I've ever dreamed I was flying. It was a good dream, followed by a solid good day. I find it amusing that I started the 12 step program immediately after my husband and I built actual stairs. 🧐

Had a session yesterday with recording engineer for some popular bands in the 90s. Interesting dude. He is into the golden dawn. I meet all kinds of people through my work. It’s never dull. Have a story from yesterday I want to share later.

@elsa : Fascinating. Can your program sort by time of birth for each year? You should get 500-800 people per hour. That's how many babies are born in that part of the world where your customer base comes from.

@aquarius-lurker it can't, but the 16k surprises me. I'd have guesses 5-6k. I had to enter all the data.

@elsa : ya, that 16K is the second awe-some thing I read on the blog just today. I mean, no one has anything on you, Elsa, when it comes to understanding patterns about people. I'm not saying that as flattery; I'm stating a mathematical / statistical fact!

@elsa that is so interesting how the distribution is so evenly graduated around the zodiac, with emphasis on the personal houses. cool!

So yesterday I walk into this facility. It’s a psychiatric facility. It’s basically like an institution for people with severe mental illness except they call it a “rehab.”

Anyways, I walk into the lobby, sign in, and turn around and there’s a guy sitting there. He says “can I ask you a question?” I walk over to him, he gets up, and he says, “I have a brother and he is stuck in this nursing home. I don’t know how to get him out. He tried to commit suicide a few weeks ago and they put him there. I was wondering if you can help me?” This guys had the kindest, saddest eyes. You could tell he felt sad for his brother and desperately wanted to help him.

Now get this, this guy didn’t know me from Adam and I had no name badge or anything. I had not said a word after I walked in that door….

I explained that I’m part of a team that actually does this… gets people like his brother out of long-term care. I suggested he speak with the social worker at the facility where his brother is and ask about the program.

There are hundreds of long term care facilities in and around the city so I didn’t think his brother would be in one of ours as the specific facility we were at was waaaay across the city anyway. And he couldn’t remember the name of it. So he starts looking it up and scrolling and finds it and Lo and behold it’s one of the ones I go to regularly. It’s way across the city.

So I said “That’s one of ours. I’ll email outreach for you right now.”

We talked for a bit longer about the program and he talked about how he was a mental health technician.

Listen, he was about to put his poor brother in one of the worst facilities in the city. He had been sitting there waiting to speak with administration when I walked in. He thought it was actually some sort of “rehab” and was going to move his brother out of a more decent nursing home into a place where they literally treat the residents like inmates. It is the saddest place.

but anyways… he said to me “do you think God puts people in your path at the right place at the right time for a reason?” I said “YES” and he fist bumped me and walked out the door.

Of course I had goosebumps after that. That was incredible. The angels and Holy Spirit working through me. I pray every day before starting my that they use me and work through me. They never fail.

Thank you! This job is such a blessing. Fills my heart up every single day. Everyone on the team has such amazing chemistry too. It’s like the whole program is god-sent. How I got here is also just right place, right time. No one wants to leave this job. I wouldn’t have gotten it if it hadn’t have been the right timing. I got the job just as the state gave the program a huge grant. They were expanding. Just a fantastic program with no corruption.

I love this and it is perfect inspiration to stay wide open for ways to help/give. It is so beautiful how you and he put it out there energetically and that situation developed to help the brother.

I have been busy and away from this website for a while. I do DNA research in my spare time as a hobby and have recently been working on helping a second cousin who was adopted as a baby to find his birth mother. I figured out which of my many cousins is the mother, and today she responded to my request for contact. I had a lovely conversation with her this evening, and she confirmed she's his birth mother. She was open to hearing from the child she put up for adoption many years ago, so I passed on her contact information to her child. Then later this evening, I looked up and saw the full moon rising just above the trees, and remembered - it's a full moon in Sagittarius. Mother. Truth. ❤️
