Yeah, we have a lot of rain right now so it's pure, free, food!

My garden looks really good. The best since I moved in, due in large part, to the fact that doctor fixed my back.

This is for Jilly and her husband.  They love greens of all kinds.

We got so much rain my garden it flooded. I had to dig trenches and holes to drain water away from the base of my tomatoes and peppers. Supposed to rain all day and tomorrow too. I'm going to be sinking into the mud awhile!

On the other hand, I don't have to water so hooray!

I’m getting lots of rain in central TN. My elevated garden is loving it.  The garden right on the ground is draining but really wet. It is nice to not have to water!

First four loaves of zucchini bread in the oven.  I already have too much squash. I was planning for some to die, since it happens every year. Squash bugs!  But zucchini, golden zucchini, patty pan and yellow squash are all thriving.

Same with the winter squashes - yikes!

I just dropped some zucchini bread and various squash off for my neighbor.  Turns out she knows a gal who had TONS of garlic come up every year; she can't give it away. Can you believe this?

"She can give it away to me!"

I am now expecting an air drop of garlic. Apparently she has to pull it up every year and winds up throwing it away.  I'm considering this my lucky day.
