My guess is that any sign can be a psychopath. Roughly equal distribution.
Once you have your psychopath, I think the chart would give insight into how they might act or express themselves.

Dang, Ed Gein looked pretty normal to me. Would you be able to tell he was a sicko if you walked by him on the street? I don’t know if I could. These sickos literally look like your next door neighbor... and could be... scary.
