Inspired by just now looking at someones chart who had Mercury retrograde with two asteroids on the same degree in Gemini including Nessus opposite Mars.
So Mars becomes the thing that cannot be confronted and lying becomes the way to handle it?
I'm always fascinated by what I call the 'defence mechanisms' in the chart. Might have originally got that term from an Elsa blog actually. It just seems a chart if you look at it has a set of energies clearly there ready for if the going gets tough!
Any ideas for liars aspects?
Hard Mercury/Neptune aspects.
A low vibe Scorpio.
Maybe a weak Mars, like Mars in Libra?
I have that in my n chart. I don't want to hurt people's feelings, so sometimes I 'lie" so as not to say something unkind.
My chronic lie : someone calls me & I don't want to answer the phone (only in personal, not professional area). Later when I do get the person on line, or even in person, I'll say I was out, or didn't see the message.
I don't feel it's my Mercury (In Virgo, sextile Uranus), it's more like an emotional reaction, somehow.
A trine between Mercury and Neptune might be even worse.
