If  we recall Dorsey's natal chart with both the North Node of the Moon and the Black Moon in Scorpio - Pluto is underdeveloped and unconscious.

Not surprising to see Pluto - and a need to explore Pluto - on the Ascendent in his creation. It is like a parent creating his unresolved unconscious in his child.

The chart looks as if it was elected to me. Like without question.

Well that is exactly how the unconscious works - without question or choice it becomes destiny. Same thing operates in how we elect/select partners.

One of the things I think is noticeable in that chart is Moon conjunct Pluto opposed to Mars. I don't see that as a place to exchange ideas in a welcoming atmosphere. It looks so combative.
