I was just reading about this topic. I read online that having multiple planets retrograde could signify having a lot of karmic energy passed on from a past life. I don’t have Saturn in Capricorn but I have 5 planets retrograde :

-Venus in the 8th, Gemini

-Jupiter in 3rd, Capricorn

-Uranus in 3rd, Aquarius

-Neptune in 3rd, Capricorn

-Pluto in 1st (Scorpio), Sagittarius

Adding to that, that most of the readings I did on the 8th house placements indicate karmic energy as well. And I have an 8th house stellium between my Sun, Mercury and Venus.  So I don’t know if this means I have ”too much” karma that was passed on to me from a past life.

One of my family members has six (seven if you count Chiron) retrograde planets, and his life after age 32 was hard! He’s one of the more elderly ones, and he’s 76 now. So retrograde planets are extremely karmic, I agree!

A and F? I’m broke and I need a job. I graduated from college back in June and I haven’t been able to find a job in my chosen field, which is information technology. My degree is an AAS in Computer Network Operations.

Does it count that this is also my first Saturn Return? Lots of karma coming up and lessons I need to learn and reflect upon.  I have Saturn in Capricorn in the 3rd house.

Usually Saturn will ask you serious questions, like, ‘Is this what I’m supposed to do with my life?’.

So, based on what you wrote, you still want to do it?

I do question it a lot and I’m unsure if I’ll succeed in that particular field. I still apply for jobs because I don’t want my degree to go to waste.

For the record I also have Sun, Uranus, Neptune, and Mercury in Capricorn as well. Uranus is the only planet not residing in my 3rd house.

Edit: My Capricorn planets aren’t the only ones in that house. I’m also an Aquarius Moon and Venus that are in the house too, with Sun conjunct Uranus.

So my Uranian side really would enjoy that type of work. The Saturnian part is not too sure.

I don’t have much to say. After all, it’s better that you ask Elsa for a reading and/or a an expert counselor. Good luck!

Can’t afford an astrological reading. I am in therapy for anxiety and depression issues though.

Maybe it was the period after his saturn return. I didn’t have my saturn return yet, that’s why I’m trying to understand the karmic energies behind my retrograde planets before I hit 26 or 27.

This family member’s life got even worse after age 36, when he had to get surgery for physical problems! His life got worse after age 36, and that felt like the final nail in the coffin for him. I feel really bad for him, but I also saw him suffer from horrible anxiety that gave him an esophagus problem. He was also his worst enemy, so not all of his issues stemmed from outside himself! He had part responsibility in his suffering. Although, I still sympathize with him. I often wonder if he just has harsh karma, or what not. I just wonder, I don’t assume.

f.) I need $10!

Natal Saturn in the 2 house, I definitely need to learn to limit my spending habits…

I have Mercury and Venus retrograde, the last one is my chart ruler. Oh, man, I do love to buy things… I can say I spend more than I earn… I’m a victim of shopping therapy and I realize it’s absurd what I’m doing but can’t stop… owing things gives me somehow a sense of “being someone” while my stellium in the 12 house (karmic house) constantly reminds me being selfless is the way… I feel torn apart between these two personas: the adornments lover (Leo Venus) and a selfless way of being (Mercury R, Sun and Moon in the 12).

I can’t decide which of these two is/ could or should be the real me (Saturn in Libra).

as i get older, its very good.

but when i was a child, and a teenager, it was awful. like i had to go through fires of hell or something, living through Dante’s journey and i needed a Virgil to guide me through 9 levels of hell.
