Pluto Square Venus Transit

Hi there,

I am about to experience about a 2.5 year transit: Pluto square Venus. I have been reading about it and it sounds terrible! I have also read that you might start feeling it 6 months before it happens. It starts in March so I guess I might be feeling it in a couple of weeks.

My Pluto is in Scorpio in the 4th house and my Venus is in Aries in the 9th house. If anyone could give me advice that would be great! Another thing is Jupiter will be entering my 8th house very soon too...

I seem to be the one who is always single or the one who is the obsessive one so this transit seems like it would be old hat if that's what Pluto is all about. I have a Pluto square my Ascendant in Leo if that comes into play at all as well?

*Also, an interesting pattern I noticed was that following the Pluto square Venus hits were Jupiter trine Venus as well. I was curious how this could play out or what I should prepare for?...

Would love to know thoughts/experiences on this as astrology is just a hobby and I know some but not a whole lot and would love to start a conversation about this topic!

My previous account disappeared, I don't know why, I haven't deleted it. Anyway... back to astrology.

I usually do not take interpretations that are specific seriously. If someone says A, B and C happens during that transit, I am really skeptical, to me it is a projection, a strong conviction that if it happened to me it happens to everyone. The mirroring principle might be a part of it, I see mostly what I am myself, but it doesn't mean it's all there is. Everyone manifests subtle energies in a unique way. How it manifested in my case can be light years away from someone else's experience.

That being said, when Pluto squared my Pisces Venus I was fixated on a person I could not have. You don't decide what gender they are attracted to. I used to think you find the one and that's it. Pluto disintegrated my belief in soul mates. I am more polyamorous these days, different people meet my different needs, I don't expect one person to be it all, to be a full package, I like a certain type sexually, others are great conversation partners, there are people who I prefer working with and so on. Relationship is not singular for me anymore, it's broad, it's a community, a social circle, a support system. You could say, many people form a complex and interdependent relationship.

The site was hacked. Everything created post July or is gone.  We had to roll back to a (much) earlier db.

That's OK. I should probably change password then since I created this account with the same pass as previous one.

The transit still isn't over for me. I just checked and it's almost exact right now, again. It didn't bring any of the typically expected repercussions to my life, let alone my love life. The only thing I can attribute to this transit is that I have changed my views (values) regarding certain plutonian stuff that I used to be repulsed by. I'm less judgemental now, even if I have not accepted new values. But it has all been an internal journey, of me becoming more open. No "big transformations".
