I am studying and noticed the term emotional incest as an adjective within the long list of words describing possible emotional effects from a Neptune Square Moon.
I’ve never heard that term. Is it relatively new? I know we all know what incest is? Emotional incest?
Really could spend a lot of time reading this topic.
Any one know this experience in your life?

I have Moon square Neptune and have never heard the term in relation to the aspect. Having read a little on the subject, I can kind of relate - after my father passed away, my mother did use me as an emotional crutch at times, leaving me to wonder who would comfort me if I had to be a parent figure. Really interesting and thought-provoking topic! 🙂

Thanks for your input!

It is very thought provoking! I also found another term for it, covert incest.
Wikipedia has it as Covert when I did a search for EI.

I am not sure why my comments

I’m on a phone. I’m sorry for that last sentence about my comments. I can’t edit.

I've never heard the phrase either and I don't think it's correct when it comes to moon Neptune. I see it this way because "incest" denotes sex. The moon and Neptune do not denote sex.

Now if you added Mars into the mix, I might go for it but really I think it's just someone's Mercury Neptune talkin'.

::ducks::

edit to add this is also "feeling like a victim".

::ducks again::

@elsa

Its an odd and very bizarre term.
I sure wouldn’t want the incest word attached to me in a court room or any setting. Emotional or mental or etc.

It’s already plugged “as a sex” abuse word. That’s why I was shocked when I read it in describing Moon-Neptune. ?

But as I said earlier, Wikipedia terms it as Covert incest. Wth!

I’d hate to be the target of any of that terminology.

Yes, Neptune victims tend to victimize others. I know because I used to be one. I have written about this... Landsharks of the Zodiac or something. I am cooking dinner... bye. Smile
