Okay, so I think markers and indications for sexual abuse and incest are Venus/Saturn, Venus/Pluto, and Venus/Uranus midpoints along with their contacts to the Ascendant, this is usually for females. Markers for males are Mars/Saturn, Mars/Pluto and the contacts to the Mid Heaven.
Hard aspects of Saturn square Venus, Pluto opposite/square Venus, and Uranus conjunct Venus seem to be red flags, as well, when searching for a sexual abuse theme.
The fourth house and its condition are also reflective conduits for a difficult early home environment as well as a stressed third house, or third house ruler; add in a Scorpio Ascendant, Sun, or Moon.
But there are other indications of sexual abuse, as well! Of course, just because someone has one of these aspects doesn't necessarily mean they've been sexually abused.
From my personal experience as a trauma survivor: I have Venus/Saturn midpoint in Gemini squared my Rising in Scorpio, Venus/Pluto midpoint in Libra squared my Rising in Scorpio, Venus/Uranus midpoint in Scorpio conjuct Rising in Scorpio.
Also, natal Mars in aspect to both Neptune and Pluto together could indicate a history of sexual abuse. We often may see Mars-Pluto, Mars-Neptune, Mars-Saturn and Mars-Moon for physical and sexual abuse.
A tight Moon/Saturn midpoint squared/opposite right on the right angles could indicate a past of being separated by the mother - having this midpoint squared by Mars can also indicate a victim of violence and someone with a very bad temper.

Unevolved/immature Scorpio
Planets mostly in 1st house - self-absorbed, could lead to narcissism or predation of others because so Self-oriented
Same for chart with majority planet in the lower half of the chart
Afflicted Capricorn and/or Aries placements - values brute might over anything else; views life as a dog eat dog competition and claws way to top at expense of others; predatory mindset similar to afflicted Scorp placements

Wow . Great information. A lot of trauma has been submerging in people in my life so astrology is a tool for therapy and understanding in the face of very dark unexplainable things.
While ive never been traumatically abused, I am very very sensitive to others trauma, and somehow end up very close to people who have lived the darkest things. I have venus pluto MP conj scorpio rising, so perhaps it shows I attract socially and romantically sexual abuse victims. I am beginning to notice I am full of others secrets. (Gemini 8th mars)

I will say that I have a conflicted relationship with my beauty. I won't hold back and deny it, but I was born with very curvy sexy body etc and I hate getting looked at. I always dress down. I understand old fashioned cultures who "hide" women from a woman's perspective-- sexual assault is horrifying and men will hurt you. I look like a pinup girl and get lots if attention but inside I'm crying and scared. Always have felt this way. I have venus sun mercury 12th in lib.
I will say that sagittarius at his worst or afflicted jupiter = opportunism at it's most abusive, and this can mean sexual abuse. I have known in person an abuser and he was a sagittarian archetype a natural for teaching and history, smart outspoken , very jovial but definitely not a great parent. His daughters all ran away.
What is sort of nice with scorpio rising is I don't get pushed around or domineeringly flirted with like other girls. I am told I'm intimidating. I used to think I was ugly but we have a "don't mess with me, I'll give you trouble" vibe. (That being said, assault can happen to anyone.) I do have the idea though that aggressors choose a victim who looks like they won't fight, so a strong mars , well placed saturn, a strong cap rising, or lots of leo and fire could deflect conventional "warning signs".
I am warlike and I think my 1st house pluto has helped me. I can bully a bullyn if I must, and if I see something odd happening in public to a woman, I intervene and scare people if I must.
My Lilith is conj moon. I am so protective of women and children. It makes me a bit hysterical.
With all those markers in mind, I'll say that I have another set of scorpio eyes and I always look for where abuse could exist and attack it.

I think afflicted saturn is where authority has been held I ver you in form of the father or someone who controls you. If I see 8th house, 3rd 4tth and a bad male fix vibe involved Id take note. It's also interesting to note that 8th house is legacies and inheritance; unresolved sexual abuse in families is highly highly deterministic of where money ends up!!!

I also have Lilith Scorpio Conjuct Scorpio Moon, Scorpio Chiron, and Scorpio Rising - all in first house. I do recall of being protective of those whom look much more submissive than others around.
I, too, share the experience of hating the attention of others when it comes to romantics or attractions. Maybe it's just a Scorpio Rising thing, lol? We don't like having attention drawn to us but it's natural for us to have such a powerful magnetism.
Yes, yes! Male figures are represented by Sun/Saturn while the female figures are represented by the Moon. I have Pluto/Sun aspect squared, Sun conjuct North Node in 10th House of Capricorn - My father is unknown to me - but during early childhood there was an abusive dynamic of repressed memories of him. He was not a good person.
My Rising/Chiron/Lilith are all opposite Sedna, the Goddess of the Sea, she was abused by many men in her life.
Pluto in 1st House is interesting! I have my Pluto in the 2nd House. My Pluto doesn't seem to like it there very much.
This is interesting.
I have Pluto and moon in 1st house,both Pluto and Saturn dominant, Scorpio Moon and ascendant, Venus square Pluto, Venus opposite Saturn, Mercury square Uranus, Saturn in 4th house. I have been traumatized when I was 9 by an unknown man (he didn't force himself on me, "only" touching). I also hate people finding me attractive. It just makes me squirm.
We may also see Pluto/Sun hard aspect with Sun conjuct North Node as a classic aspect for severe abuse in a child's chart.
Saturn/Chiron midpoint square to Venus/Mercury conjunction could indicate problems with the father and/or have an abusive father figure.
Also, I have gender identity disorder. I think my Mars opposition to the Uranus/Neptune midpoint could be the indication of this.
