Individuals need to make their children smart that there are predators like this. The little girl in that video was playing with blue slime when she was about to be abducted and smeared it all over the guy that tried to kidnap her so the police could find him easier.

I think education from parents and schools. When I was little it happened to me to almost be sexually abused. Then I was saved by my intuition. I had no idea that I was so close to something like this. Later it happened from this tentative from a family member, people who make you feel comfortable and that it is ok as you are family.
Later, in school a girl was abused, she was so broken... It is needed to say to a child: if someone touched your brests, you tell me even if that person says "we just play a little, there is nothing wrong"... because that is the language kids understand and those bastards know it, but it is not playing, it is abuse. And they do this so early, with such small children...
I don't have any kids, but I said this to a cousin when she was little: nobody can touch you there and there... not in these words, in a way she could understand it is not ok, but to be aware about it, because she told me a weird confession and I felt it could become something dangerous for her. Not to bring politics into it, but Trump had an initiative going to bring down pedophilia rings (and yes, we are that evil now). I know A LOT of people were arrested during his tenure from every stratum of society; never widely reported. I remember he also signed an EO for a task force to look into young Native American women who have been disappearing off reservations for a long time now - crimes never solved, not widely reported, hardly a yawn from people. I imagine these initiatives have quietly gone away now. Hold your kids close.

Children have been targeted since time began. It is disturbing how people traffic children and I am glad that girl marked the perv and escaped from him. Far too many babies and children are abused in hideous ways. May the Angels keep watch over all of them.
