Yes, they backed down after admitting they had NO evidence that the material was "hacked" but decided to enact that policy to freeze the account and anyone's account that tried to re-tweet it. Of course it back fired and spurred trending google searches on "hunter biden laptop" and "can I change my vote" lol.
Thing is I always liked Jack Dorsey but really these companies should not be enjoying the protection of Section 230 if they are going to be so blatantly unfair.
