I’m sure you’ve heard of this story now…
“Fifty people, including Hollywood stars Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin, were charged Tuesday in a scheme in which wealthy parents allegedly bribed college coaches and other insiders to get their children into some of the nation’s most elite schools.
Federal authorities called it the biggest college admissions scam ever prosecuted by the U.S. Justice Department, with the parents accused of paying an estimated $25 million in bribes…”
I thought we should look that the actresses charts since they have become the face(s) of the scandal.
What catches your eye?
Will the do jail time?
How will it affect their careers?
Why do you think they’re getting all the press… with dozens of other people involved?

they’re both fire suns, i noticed right away. I dont think they will do jail time though, but it serves as a warning to the very wealthy and privileged that you can’t buy your way while others struggle. It’s getting closer to the Pluto Aquarius, of fairness, and the wealthy versus the commoners kind of theme. the very wealthy can’t do this anymore, they need to be fair. Also,I know they earned their way through talent and influence maybe but, there are still rules in life that you can’t just buy people. Maybe because of Pluto Capricorn too.

They both have transiting Neptune opposite natal Pluto in Virgo. They’re being exposed for using their power the wrong way. I don’t see anything else that jumps out at me in either of their charts.
They’re getting the press over others involved because they’re public figures and now they’ve become the face of the college admissions scandal. What a fall from grace!
I don’t think they’ll get jail time. Maybe probation and a hefty fine. The loss of their reputations may be permanent. Money won’t be able to buy that back.
I’m glad this has all come out. So many kids try their hearts out to get into top schools and its just horrendous that people with lots of money, fame or power can buy their way in. Its not only a permanent stain on the people involved, it also is a permanent stain on the universities that looked the other way while this happened.
I don’t believe the universities involved didn’t know things like this happen all the time. They like the money they get from rich donors, who are they kidding.

Should this surprise any of us? It doesn’t faze me, for some strange reason. I’m disappointed, but I know the rich and the famous live by different rules than the rest of us. Shoot, they buy their way out of jail all the time.
As for the charts, I looked them up the other day and nothing stood out to me other than the Virgo planets in each. With transiting Neptune opposing them, the natural sense of Virgo discretion and “doing the right thing” is fogged up. They made sure those details in the phony (Pisces) college transcripts, awards, etc. lined up though (Virgo). Deception (Pisces) seems like the right thing to do (Virgo) at the time. Couldn’t help but notice as well that Lori Loughlin has Venus/Mars in Gemini. The public saw one side–the sweet Hallmark Lori–and in private she showed the other. Two-faced.
Pluto in Aquarius…interesting. It’s coming to light on YouTube that some of the bigger influencers on the platform are being paid BIG money to promote companies’ products (such as makeup). Also, that some influencers are buying–BUYING–subscribers and likes. Their channels get huge overnight, fly past the small fries, and no one knows how. Hmm–I didn’t expect Pluto to give us foreshadowing this early.

Ya I agree with all.
Both enable one another. They have personal planets like Sun, moon and Mars in contact with one another. Certainly they get along, one is the driver (and probably not at the wheel driving).
These reveals will happen and have happened often. But I didn’t read about this one. Thanks Elsa. Another lesson for all.

I hope they learn their lesson. I can’t hate them too much, sometimes parents just want what’s best for their children. However, it’s still not right because it’s unfair to other less advantaged people. Jupiter in Sagittarius square Neptune in Pisces?? The veil (Neptune in Pisces) dropping on College kids’ parents (Jupiter in Sagittarius)? Also, Jupiter and Neptune squaring their Pluto in Virgos? Abuse of power??

that’s what i thought too, that they want the best. They always got the best so why not the best behind closed doors if their children can’t get in; that’s why i was thinking of the Fire suns (Leo represents Royalty) and Aquarius their Opposition represents (the Common people) ; but i dont think personally that sun sign or pluto virgo has anything to do with their decision. I think because their children are of that age range, that they are of pluto virgo generation. But millions/billions are fire suns/pluto virgo and don’t do that. And this also made me see how Air (the trine) is all about the “Other” and to think about the other people to be LESS selfish and be generous. Yet, the Fire trine, is all about Selfish, me me me, (with Aries as the exaltation) so i see that. And without the balance, there’s alot of imbalance on a large scale like this.
And now i understand why Air is considered (cold) because they have to think of the “other” and if you are in the family, for example, who are close, family members and close to you would think you are cold because you are thinking of the “other” and not selfishly thinking of self. While Fire is warm and hot, and wants the best for their OWN interests. The opposition is so interesting in this theme.

Sad. With money for excellent tutors a child can be well read, get a foundation in classics, world history, including Asia where there has been a long history of civilization to admire (had to get this for myself as it was not taught in my Eurocentric schools), learn how to appreciate music and dance, select an appropriate instrument to enjoy or excel at, actually travel to places most of us just read about, learn to meditate and develop the intuitive gifts of the mind. It is possible to hire nannies who are fluent in a foreign language, and it is possible to teach a rich child about investments–financial astrology, anyone? Expeditions to archaeological digs and renting (or building one’s own) observatory for Boy Scout sleepovers are within reach.
There is nothing wrong with enjoying time on a yacht, being an appreciator of the theater, and getting your baubles from Tiffany’s or Harry Winston’s. But it is wrong to bribe and cheat to get something that should be earned. And wrong to take a college placement that belongs to someone more capable of the academic work, with the character to contribute to society.
None of us want a surgeon with a fake credential.
There are movies in which a rich child learns to cope with life through contact with actual work. And becomes happy. But a friend of mine (born 1903, long gone) told me many of his rich rich friends who had no purpose drank themselves to death.
One of my high school teachers who came from a poor background fascinated us with her story of how she had guessed her way through a test that would get her a scholarship to a posh and challenging private school. She made a great score. And then worked very hard so that she would never again have to pray and guess her way through a test. But she didn’t CHEAT.
These people who had fabulous resources wanted their children to take short cuts, making them unfit for truly leading and innovating. It is good for us average and poor types to see these shenanigans exposed.
I went on to the Olivia Jade vlog on YouTube and she said something praiseworthy: She advised, “Never gossip. If you have been doing it, just stop.” Quote is not exact but essence of her statement is true. (Daughter of Ms. Loughlin.) If she and her sister got in on a rowing scholarship and they don’t do the sport, I believe they would have to know about the fraud. But her quote suggests she has some standards. There’s hope.
Yes, I noticed that the movie stars got the most coverage. Is that because Americans admire movie stars so much? Does it sell more newspapers and does it get us to watch the TV more? I wonder what the most egregious transgression was. And I wonder if those colleges will expel the kids involved. Will they all have to hire tutors so they can keep up? How will they resolve this? Interesting. It’s an opportunity for college reporters to cover what they can observe.
They might be calling Martha Stewart for advice.

Yesterday a radio talk show host stated that all the students involved in this scandal should be kicked out of college, NOW. Why? Because they didn’t earn the right to be there!
I can’t say I disagree. You get a job on fake credentials and the boss finds out? Bye bye. 👋

The current astrology of Jupiter in Sagittarius square Neptune/Mercury in Pisces is interesting… it’s exposing the truth and bringing justice (Jupiter) about fraud (Neptune) on higher education (Sagittarius). Mercury retrograde bringing up stuff from the past.
I am not surprised it happened, but (pleasantly) surprised something is being done about it. They owe it to those students who worked hard and missed out on a spot they deserve because of injustice like this.
But the whole education system is so messed up. No wonder incompetence is so rampant these days. I have known students bribe and threaten teachers to have their grades changed.
