This week, the Moon’s nodes change sign, Uranus moves back into Aries, Jupiter hits Sagittarius, and we have a new moon in Scorpio. Retrograde Venus trines Mars and moves back into opposition with retrograde Uranus. That’s a lot of change, but it operates in tandem like clockwork with action a veritable joy.
We reach back in desire to grasp the very thing that makes change a delight rather than a burden. The past grinding of gears made the way for a smooth transition now. Smooth doesn’t mean easy. There’s still the shake of speed and motion, but we reach back to move ahead. We’re moving over the old road with a new engine, and that’s fresh.
Venus in Libra wants to get along. Retrograde and opposite Uranus, change is possible when we react in new ways when challenged. It’s possible to be gracious when faced with the unexpected. Mars in Aquarius is on brand new ground. Try something new!
Monday the Scorpio Sun trines Neptune. Ahead of the new moon (and the US midterm elections), this allows the collective to unclench and dream of powerful possibility. Believe in a possible path, regardless of short term outcomes.
Individually, losing the plot is possible, but so is losing track of what was troubling you. Get lost in your creativity and you’ll find the resulting flow lifts the tenor of the day.
Monday the Venus-ruled Libra Moon moves through the second half of the sign, squaring Pluto, trining Mars, and winding up in conjunction to retrograde Venus. It feels like full speed ahead, but the mood harbors an edge of intensity. Keep moving and that rumble falls behind quickly.
Tuesday, the Moon finishes up in Libra and shifts to Scorpio. It opposes Uranus retrograde in early Taurus. As the Moon moves past, Uranus shifts back into Aries. The mood is unpredictable, subject to outside influence. With the Moon sextile Saturn, it’s possible to orient yourself to stability regardless of what goes on around you.
The Moon’s nodes move from Leo/Aquarius to Cancer/Capricorn. The focus of change also shifts. With personal creativity reflected in the collective, we now turn to feeling and family, what we need, reaching for satisfaction. We reach for a softer effect with a solid base underneath.
Wednesday morning we have the new moon conjunction in mid-Scorpio. It reaches back to trine Neptune and forward to sextile Pluto. Belief in what is possible predicates feeling powerful enough to create and take advantage of opportunity.
Jupiter at the end of Scorpio quincunxes Uranus retrograde at the end of Aries. The Venus-Mars trine links in. A grab for what we want may be overpowered or awkward, but its urgency may be just what’s needed to get into proper position to affect uplifting change. A new moon’s progress shows with over a longer window of time. Do what feels necessary as the urge strikes.
Thursday, Jupiter heads into Sagittarius ahead of the Moon. The Moon moves over Jupiter and into semi-sextile with Saturn in Capricorn. Jupiter is future oriented and full of rocket fuel in Sadge, the sign it rules. The Moon mood makes great use of that fuel. With Saturn, its a reminder not to dig up that sed to see if it’s growing yet. Appreciate the extra fuel and use it to raise the level of your optimism, your hope for the future.
What are your hopes for the future? With Jupiter in Sagittarius, it’s time for a brand new trajectory in your philosophy, your life story. Feel the GREAT BIG POSSIBILITY of wide open spaces.
Friday, the Sadge Moon moves into and over Mercury and on to square Neptune. With such bold strokes in the mood and mind, communications BOOM and bellow. Upgrade your attitudes with the mood. Some will be over the top, and that square to Neptune can leave people tone deaf. With a little fine tuning, however, that twang can be toned to a joyful and divine beauty.
Tuesday morning’s new moon takes place at 15 Scorpio. Where does it hit your chart?
