I posted this in 2016. I was asked to update it. Here’s the original post:
I’m working on the Transit Calendar for 2018.
- Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Pluto will all be retrograde between June 26, 2018 and July 10th, 2018.
- Jupiter turns direct, July 10th, leaving four planets retrograde.
- July 26, 2018, Mercury reverses and we’re back to five planets retrograde.
- August 7, 2018, Uranus turns retrograde and at that point we have six planets Rx, seven if you want to count, Chiron.
The planets start turning direct with Mercury, on August 19th. This will be something to watch!
To update in 2018, we’re talking about the summer, here in the US. While I listed the particulars above, it makes sense to view this period as a chunk of time when certain things will be true. Specifically, you can expect to be going back over various things.
I don’t know why this bothers people so much. We can’t always be hurtling towards the future. Are there not times in life or things you’ve done that you’d not like to do over? What if you got it wrong?
People tend to hate the idea they might have made the wrong choice or misjudged something or someone, even this happens to everyone at one time or the other. This summer will be a good time to reflect back on your life in different ways and on different levels.
You may not want to break new ground at this time but that’s not the worst thing. Socrates is credited with this quote, “The unexamined life is not worth living.”
Take the time this summer, to mull things over. This way, when you head out you’re likely to feel more solid about who you are and what you’re doing.
