Last night the soldier and I went out for dinner in Salina, Kansas. We got back to the motel and I saw someone in Salina, Kansas was reading my blog.
“One of these days were are going to be out somewhere and someone is going to send us a drink,” I said.
He just looked at me.
“They will know us but we won’t know them.”
He continued to look at me.
“Well hell, at least we’ll get a Margarita out of the deal.”
He just stared. I am not sure he wants a drink that bad, LOL.
Do you pay attention to things like this? I do and consequently I have early warning all the time.
I am not sure that I understand Elsa. Early warning, is that your precognition?

Okay…I’ll explain:
We’re out in this small town. Neither have us have ever been there we don’t know anyone but I come back to the room and see that someone knows us. So this is a heads up to me. It seems a matter of time we are going to be spotted (good term) and that is a little freaky. You would see us being ourselves, basically as reported on this blog but in real life. We would not see you!!
So my point was that seeing those wires cross was a warning to me, in the future this would happen. Other may not see it that way… they would call it paranoia or seeing connections that are not real but Scorpio I am sure would understand.
Anyway, if you do see us out there I am sure it will be one of two things:
Two people completely happy and focused on each other (most would not interrupt) or two people fighting and yelling at their top of their lungs (not even the mentally ill would interrupt). Which is why I said “drinks”.
It’s because that’s what I would do if I read this blog and saw us out. I would send us a round for sure and that would be it. Drinks from this table to that one… turn and wave and that’s it. Back to minding my own business.
I do see signs everywhere. It can feel a bit alienating, I find.
I don’t understand the question either. But, to have an Elsa sighting would be stupendus!

Someone from Salina is reading your blog. This happens. You spend time in Salina. They may recognize you from your picture.
It’s a small world, etc. God knows, I constantly run across people I used to know 10 or 20 (or 25) years ago on some other electronic media site, and then I say, ‘Oh, yeah, that’s you, innit?’
I think it might bother you more than me tho, since of course, I have been aware of the limits of anonyminity and the reach of databases for decades and I tend to keep my mouth shut.

No, I got it the first time…and much more likely with the videoblogs out now. I’m guessing the Soldier will be safe when he’s solo, but I can see it happening.
And I see signs like that sometimes..I can usually read people pretty well up front and predict what their true motives are, but I’ve learned not to tell too many people because I’m so often not believed until after the fact.
i have to. if i don’t i kick myself and that’s an aggravation i’d rather not deal with.

I was born there – Salina, Kansas. I don’t remember too much as we left when I was two. I do remember the wheat fields and the love the people there had for me. It was on the Air Base there.
I believe in signs, and I listen to them and I have for years. They have kept me out of trouble, and they have confirmed things I need to know. They are all around you if you listen.
Well, what I saw in Salina is men outnumber the women BY far. The soldier saw same and informed me we would not be living there, ever. 🙂

If I saw you elsa which is highly unlikey since I live down under but if I did I probably wouldnt do anything and just keep it to myself without of course debating in my head afterward whether it was rude to not say hello or rude to say hello (Yep Mercury in Libra)
I see signs, but I notice trends more than signs. Max brought up a good point above around databases. I’ve worked with software around database marketing for years and yowza! I don’t share any info that I don’t have to and am on every do not call/mail list possible (although I’m still on a list, ick).
Have you seen where marketers are starting to use GPS tracking on your cell phone to send you marketing messages based on your gps location? Joe’s Cafe in Salina, Kansas sends a message saying, “Elsa, come eat dinner at Joe’s.”
