Husband is a Taurus Venus. The only Taurus I have are Chiron and MC. And yes, his Venus is on my MC (his too, since ours are conjuct). However, I have a prominant (massive, using Equal Houses) 2nd house. He is an Aries Moon. My theory about Aries Moon is that they are extremely selfsufficient. Don’t need us emotionally the way we need them. There’s no direct hits to my chart, but a very tight opposition to my Sun.

The guy I’m dating has Venus right on my Leo rising, and recently I’ve been looking and acting very Leo like.
Looking leo like means I have a mane now,I used to hav short hair.Anyways my hair grows and here he is…asking me out three years later, completely out of the blue.

Just my guess here… but I think the venus sign is a better indicator of that initial physical/magnetic attraction… the kind of hard to resist. but moon could be a deeper more emotional attraction, though not necessarily sexual. In the long-term though the moon is equally important, cos if someone can’t fulfill your emotional needs, the relationship might not go beyond the attraction and be able to turn into something deeper. Ultimately, it’s probably a mixture of both.
In my personal experience, I also wouldn’t discount the descendant. I realized I attract A LOT of leo rising folks… which I couldn’t understand at first, but eventually realized it’s because I have such an emphasized Uranus in my chart, which is probably their descendant! So, also don’t discount the sign/ruler/planets on the descendant.

In my experience, some men are drawn to what satisfies their venus, others are drawn to what satisfies their moon. My 2 significant past relationships had these signs:
Guy 1: Venus conjunct uranus in scorpio/ Moon in capricorn
Guy 2: Venus conjunct saturn in leo/ Moon conjunct Uranus in scorpio.
Some minor relationships: guys with venus in aquarius.
I seem to attract those whose moon or venus have strong uranian influence. I don’t know where this initial attraction is coming from since I’m the least uranian person there is.

I notice people are attracted to their venus sign when they don’t own their energy up.
I have venus in aquarius…Until I started nurturing my aquarius energy I was attracting aquarius…Once I started owning the aquarius energy I started attracting leo’s – opposites attract…once I started owning that energy I started attracting capricorn…once I owned that energy I started attracting cancer….
I’m in the process of owning scorpio and taurus energy now…
it’s all about what you want to do…we are lucky enough to have the zodiac to be truely free…knowing this..
but venus is just what you like not who you like unless you project it….you can chose what you project once you master the energy…you become a magician.

to me Venus is the all rounder attraction and likes in a woman. Moon is like what she brings to the table,
My ex has a Venus in Sag, I’m a Sag. He was a scorpio but loved my Moon in Pisces in the 2nd house. I emotionally cooked all of his favourite food; healthy of course. And he prefered my gentle waves like, behaviour.
But he loved my everyday crazy way of thinking. I so Sag in the end. I’ve also noticed that his closest best friend is a Sag too. And his best friend and I, are only one year apart so our charts are very similar.

I would agree, yes. My lady also has Moon in Libra, along with Libra Asc, to complement my Libra Moon/Venus, and I am extremely attracted to her.
In many ways. Definitely been the most enjoyable and positive love relationship of my life!

This is winding up to be a problem: he with Cancer moon conjunct uranus conjunct Sun and venus in Cancer seems to want me to run things with little help, expect little and not question him, just like his mother who housed him and waited on him, rent-free. I have moon in Cap opposite Uranus & Venus in Sag…

Has anyone seen this page?
It is all about the differnet combo that attract within our charts – Sun to Asc being the #1 general attraction. Moon and Moon must match (elements wise) to be able to live together.
To me this makes sense. I do believe that the Moon/Venus/Mars has to be in compatiable elements or it is a pain in the ass relationship. I attract Scorpios Suns all the time – unfortunatley mostly for friends though.
I don’t know all my ex’s charts but
Last one – Even though he has Libra Rising and Sun (our charts were bad news but I wasn’t into natal at that time) – I asked some one about this and they said it was because we both had Mercury in Libra so communication was great but the rest not so great.
He has Venus in Scorpio – I am a Scorpio Rising. He had Moon in Gemini (bleech) – my 8th house cusp is Gemini – I attract Gemini types even though I can’t stand them for the most part (well, the sun gemnis). Our moons were not compatiable in general – mine is in sag. Moon in Gemni – I think it was in his 8th house too. My Venus in Leo thought he was cold sex wise. He had Mars in Virgo – mine in Sag. ugh.
Anyhow, latest dude that liked me – I don’t have exact birth time but from the rest of the info.
Him – Venus in Virgo, Me Virgo Sun – Him Moon in Leo – Me Venus in Leo. He also had Mercury in Lbra – communication was excellent. He Scorpio Sun. Me Scorpio Rising. My guess is that his Rising sign was Taurus or Pisces – judging by looks and aura. Too bad our lifestyle were kind different and didn’t match and he was carrying around enough baggage to fill an entire airport. But I think astrologically we might have been pretty compatiable. Not sure about the Venus though.
I should be with a more Taurusy type apparently – I have only dated one Taurus in my life and he was the biggest a*hole ever. So the rest of his chart must have really sucked – he was very unTaurus if you ask me. I still want myself a Scorpio type – they understand me best. 🙂
