Really tired. Drove a total of about 1600 miles within 4 days time. Feels like I’m never going to be able to catch up on rest. It was nice to spend time with family though.

@jana He was fantastic as usual on Tim’s show last night. Lots of interesting discussions, some related to some topics we’ve all discussed here. He’s launching his new book, The White Pill, very soon. I’ve been looking forward to it since he first talked about writing it a couple years ago.
I love his podcast, too.
Such an odd energy today. Has anyone else noticed a lot of veiled insults coming from people who obviously don’t know what they’re talking about. This is just an observation I’ve noticed watching other people in meetings at work. I’m retreating. People are just grasping at straws.
All I want to do is hide away and sleep.
It’s a dark and gloomy day out. I kind of like it. I have Christmas lights on. My husband is on a short business trip. I really miss having a little cat around. It’s so quiet. I like the quiet but not the lack of other sweet energy.
I’ll light a scented candle and work on some projects, listen to some podcasts, maybe Christmas music, wrap some gifts.
