People seem in a generous mood... but I may be projecting! Sweaty

Spoke with my son and got this happy news: the project he's been working on (for his company) since he was in college, had a successful launch.  His boss might have lost his job over this but he (as team lead) pulled it off.

Apparently they got into some problem on the call during the launch. He took control of the conversation... at some point they found out he was 22 years old and flipped. "I started working here 22 years ago..."

They asked him if he knew who, David Bowie, was and if he knew what dodge ball was. Smile

I just emailed the venue of the concert I was supposed to see tomorrow and asked for a refund and told them I wasn’t interested in getting tested or providing proof of vaccination.

I figure this kind of thing doesn’t affect people who did get vaccinated but the next thing might be the thing that does affect them. Everyone has something important to them. It seems like many don’t care as long as it’s not happening to them, as long as the thing important to them isn’t threatened.  I’m not comparing this situation to slavery but that’s exactly why things like slavery were not challenged. I think many who had the power to do something about it were just happy to not be on the shitty end of it. I see the seeds of this type of thing attempting to be planted now. Entertainment first- ok we can do without. Oh education now- digs a little deeper. What next? If people think all they want is public health, I’m sorry but that is just naive foolishness. No offense intended but it’s time to use some truthful words. If you are not concerned about government control (although it is deeper than that. Government is only one aspect) at this point…I don’t know. There’s more to come. It’ll end up blowing up in the controllers faces (it already is, I see the seeds of that too) but what will be lost in that process is up to individuals and how much they put up with.

People like me have been saying this for a year and a half but have only been accused of being a conspiracy theorist or wanting people to die.

Honestly I’ve been seeing the progression of this my whole life but I learned to bury what I know so deep inside in order to survive. I’m slowly letting it emerge from my subconscious into my consciousness as I think is true with the collective too (I have Moon in Scorpio in the eleventh and much of my personal experiences with personal subconscious patterns I can link directly to the collective patterns.)

@libra-noir

We can only hope and pray that it will "blow up in the controllers' faces," globally, before it's too late.

I'm glad that you are allowing the knowledge to bubble up from your depths! I always love hearing your perspective, and I think you have a remarkable way of explaining things. heart

I just came across someone claiming that Millennials are neomanic. "Arrogant neomania" is what he said.

He believes this is a problem but admits to not having it quite figured out.

Yes, he's a millennial so I'm even more intrigued.

@elsa Mania is a symptom of depression, it's an attempt to keep it locked off and not become conscious - this is also the case with ADHD, hyperactivity being the common feature. This could form a link to the Capricorn placements millenials tend to share. Capricorn energy being polar to the emotional realms of Cancer and Saturn being inherently defensive and limiting in its need for structure, but also providing the means to integrate or channel experience into something positive over time.

@sophiab Nice perspective and explanation, Sophia! The millennials I know best (son and daughter-in-law) work so hard all of the time. Then they play hard. And sometimes they just melt down, emotionally. So, yeah, on the Cap thing: It's all work, until it's either a party or a cryfest. Not much middle ground.

@mediummarie Yes, many have Pluto in Scorpio alongside the Capricorn placements too, so that gives a lot of resilience / relentlessness / drive. It's a similar alchemy to Saturn and Pluto aspecting in a chart!

I’m thinking about quitting my job. It’s an incredibly intense working environment and very challenging for me on a lot of levels. I’ve struggled through it and found the will and positive perspective to make it work because the money is really great. But this mask requirement has added a straw that might tip the scales. It makes an already challenging environment physically hard to bear. I’m gonna think and meditate deeply about it and talk to some friends and family and maybe one coworker (although I don’t feel that I have  any genuine friends there, there are two women a Cancer and a Taurus who I feel are solid people and will have some advice for me, and possibly even support). I really don’t want to quit, I just want it to be better.
