Have to chime in on the car talk. I agree with what’s been said. It has always baffled me how people’s cars are worth more than their house! 🚙. I know of some young people who get loans for brand new, trendy vehicles and then complain that they can’t afford a home loan. It seems like a no brainer to me, to just get an average car so you can afford a home 🏡. It’s gotta be vanity and ego driving (no pun intended..lol) this. Actually, downright stupidity could be at play too 🤡.
I think the telegraphing of "Roman Empire" over this last week, is meaningful.

Where can i see it
I asked my husband the Roman Empire question. His answer, "Quite a bit."
No surprise there, but also no surprise, because he told me about sixteen years ago this would happen. I wrote about it, of course.
He told me it would be a dark age, probably 1000 years before anything like the US came out of that. 1000 years was a BIG number at the time, but I know I wrote about it on this blog and with one or two exceptions, I was mocked and called crazy, of course!
Not that I necessarily believed him, but I did report the *way out there* information or opinion.
When I told him why I was asking the questions...
Fall of the Roman Empire, and the Greek Empire before it and every other Empire...
It’s amazing how much changed from Covid…people fleeing congested areas. Do people think that was a contributor to the bubble now? I heard that today. That and inflation from Covid bucks?
