Here is a link to the previous random thoughts thread:

https://www.elsaelsa.com/forum…..ts-thread/

Copied from the previous thread:

Post your random thoughts here. Daily observations, even quotes or rants. The cool thing is that opposed to a full on thread it doesn’t have to be a discussion or require a topic to stay abreast of unless it goes that route.

If it provokes a deeper discussion, I ask that a separate thread is created on the subject for search purposes. So that a person searching for that topic can find it. I’ll say a full on discussion is 10 posts or more.

The floor is yours!

You beat me to it! Lol.

I started one myself. Here’s what I wrote because it’ll probably get deleted.

I have one week left at my grandma’s until I get to go home. I miss my cat and I want to swing by the Irish pub that’s near my apartment and chat with my friend if he’s there.

And I’m thinking about posting the synastry between us to see what more experienced astrologers have to say about it but I don’t where and how. Lol.

And Elsa, go ahead and delete the one I made.

Yay! Random Thoughts Thread is my favorite.

I’m hosting Thanksgiving again this year. My parents and one sister is coming over plus a few more family members. I get so worked up when I host, even though I only make the sides, but I like everything to look pretty and have to make sure I have anything that could be needed etc.

You’d think because I’m a Gemini with Aquarius moon I’d be non traditional but it’s so important for me to make holidays traditional and special for my kids. They love having family over. Probably because my 4th house is ruled by Cancer.

I’m trying to do as much today as possible so that tomorrow it’s as effortless as possible.

I’m also here because I needed a break. Good luck to me getting off this couch now. Lol

I hear you about Thanksgiving.  Its a lot of work if you host.  My sister is hosting this year, but I’m cooking the dinner at her house.  I made some of it already and will just transport everything.  I’ve hosted it for 30 years, but after we lost my older sister last year on Thanksgiving week, I didn’t want to do the same thing at my house.

I’m going to show my younger sister how to make the turkey.  She never made one before.  I’m hoping to pass the torch to the younger generation.

I agree that its so important to keep family holiday traditions alive and special for the kids and family.

Wow, I did not know Cracker Barrel offered Thanksgiving Dinners to-go! smile

With that being said….holy hell they are EXPENSIVE!!

https://www.eatthis.com/cracke…..nksgiving/

The one from Publix is cheaper and serves more people. It’s also quite good.

Nobody come for me, LOL.  I know y’all are busy cooking. I just had no idea Cracker Barrel had this.

Every planet in our solar system can fit in the distance between the Earth and the Moon!

Before you say it, the Sun is a star (closest to Earth) and Pluto (furthest from Earth) was demoted from planet status so both are excluded.

This tells me that our emotional composition is complex and is made up of several layers of side by side planets that have connectivity.

But it’s quite possible that since the Sun (light) and Pluto (dark) are not part of this Earth-Moon linage these bodies have a particular, unique impact on our emotions (Moon) that is exclusive of any other planet. The relationship between Pluto and the Sun is also unique; Pluto has an usual elliptical orbit around the Sun – long and tilted at a 17 degree angle.

So I see this as….

On Jan 12 the Sun’s full force will join up with Pluto’s power directed to the Earth-Moon linage by conjunction with Saturn (anchor). So either the planets within the Earth-Moon linage will be solidified or something will shake-up.

Basically, every area of our lives, will be impacted.

just a thought!

I have all the sides ready. Doing both ham and turkey.

Going to bake an awesome cake in the morning…and after, my grandma’s stuffing. Everything else is lined up in the fridge and ready for the oven. Eating around 3-4.

I swear I am never doing this again every year.

Friday morning if the weather doesn’t suck, I am going down to watch the Christmas parade that brings Santa to town with my little mini me. I bought her the most gorgeous American Girl Doll house for her birthday….she is my Sunny Sag. The happiest damn child on planet earth. She is happy about everything. What is with Sagittarius? They come out smiling. They talk to everyone. They love everybody….she has 300 friends. I love this kid. She has my Cancer rising and my Taurus moon…and otherwise…we are nothing alike hahaha…. (except she is the spitting image of me)

She makes sure she brings out the best in me though. I can’t help it. I love Sag energy …I am drawn like moth to flame. I can be on the worst side of something and this kid can find a rainbow…every single time. She has no mother (remember ex DIL?) and she still thrives. I can’t wait till she sees this dollhouse. She has been dying for it.  My sweet girl will be 9 in December. We celebrate her birthday next Friday but I am letting her have her dollhouse tomorrow wink just because I love to see her happy. I love her so much…I can’t wait to see her and hug her 1000 times. I’d give her the moon if I could reach up and grab it.

My uncle has a Decker rat terrier and she has this bad habit of tearing up blankets and pulling any stuffing out of them. Including mine. She’s a sweet dog but I’m frustrated with her. At least I didn’t bring the comforter I usually sleep with. It’s a full-size purple one.

One more week and I won’t be worrying about whether or not this dog will tearing any of my blankets up because I’ll be home in my own bed.

Facebook and insta are down… not that anyone cares but the tweets about it are hilarious.

This kid says #facebookdown OH GOD, THE BOOMERS AND WHITE MOMS ARE COMING. And, all the Karens wanting to speak to the managers.

Then…. they all go for the millennials. Calling them basement dwellers ….

Laughing while I cook…. it never ends.

Today’s been pretty good so far. Been a mixed bag of news.

On the bright side, the client whose radio I messed up called to say Happy Thanksgiving and let me know the radio’s working again! ☺  That was very sweet.

If Facebook was down, I didn’t notice. This morning the husband of one of my high school classmates (and fellow band geeks) posted news that her mother died this morning. 😞  She had been a stroke survivor for a long time, and her body probably just got tired. ✝
