I have a lot of feelings about my consult today; my husband even weighed in. I also see that Mercury is not in Capricorn - sextile Saturn in Pisces. It seems good.

Here's a curiosity, the last person who read for me told me my husband would die in three years... this was about thirteen years ago. Luckily, I knew she was wrong as soon as she said it.

@sophiab I'm figuring out how to take it down, but leave the blog.

@elsa Was there a discussion about this in the forum that I missed? It seems untimely to close a forum with Pluto about to enter Aquarius, the sign of networking!

@sophiab I love the forum, but my thought is that there is no one here! We've had conversations about this for years.

If there is a forum here, that's utilized - fine!  But it feels abandoned. People just don't want to talk or they don't want to talk to me, or whatever.  What you're seeing is my acceptance of the situation. I've done everything one human can do, to maintain this place. To the best of my ability, I mean. I've given my all.

@elsa The quietness, I think it's a reflection of the transits - this Pluto in Cap phase has been a deep dive into shadow collective and personal energy, exacerbated by the recent very intense Scorpio season. People have been triggered at ptsd levels, experiencing heightened sensitivity and vulnerability due to water emphasis and need time to release and integrate. At some point that means talking about it. If the forum isn't here where will people go to talk?

I will speak candidly and say that there was a peak of fear energy in October running into November and many of the posts about ww3 and war were acutely triggering. I stepped back because I was struggling to handle my daily experience of the collective energy and needed to protect myself from extra fears. That's not to say that these posts werent an open articulation of what people were thinking and worrying about, but in those moments of peak collective intensity people have to do what they can to maintain balance.

I don't think the forum should be closed down because there will be a strong need for discussion and sharing when Pluto is in Aqua. We are each other's greatest resource. Groups are the only way for us to locate the pieces of the puzzle we need moving forward in uncharted territory. I have seen this at work in my spiritual circles, there is a growing emphasis on small groups and sharing of knowledge and we aren't even anywhere into Pluto in Aqua.

What does it matter if the forum is fallow for a while? Its reflecting something important, that people are going through it big time. It's communicating something just not in the expected ways. But that doesn't mean it isn't needed and that it won't be needed in the future.

Elsa, how much energy do you put into the forum relative to all the other aspects of elsaelsa? And how much would you save, energy and money-wise if you ended it? And what if you just let it roll, just jumping in when you were in the mood? If you put all your juice into the blog and let the forum go, does that idea lift you up? Or not?

Not asking you to answer, just thinking about it. It does seem to me that a lot of your forum posts could easily be blog posts…

@aspire I'm getting sued again (over this blog) so this is another factor. I have various liabilities, just having this blog online.  So my idea was if no one is using the forum, anyway, I can nuke it. This would lower my costs and risks and no one cares anyway.

@elsa

Sued?!  That's insane!  Aren't you covered by a basic disclaimer absolving you of all responsibility for whatever people post?

@elsa How can you even get sued over opinions of random individuals? Like seriously. I thought if someone could sue anybody, it would be you, for attempts to restrict your freedom of speech.

@placeboo that's not what it is. I can be sued and I am being sued and I have been sued before.

@hades-moon yes, it actually hurts me, as in emotional pain.  Then people contact me to tell me how much I suck, when I know for a fact, how much they've benefitted from me.

God, the stupidity. I think this is a good idea for everyone: before you go to sleep, pray to God, to remove your head from your ass.  Me too!

@elsa I find it disturbing how anyone could treat you this way, and am so sorry to hear of your emotional pain.

It’s so obvious to me that you operate from a place of light & integrity, I don’t understand how anyone could perceive you any other way.

I believe goodness always prevails and your light will eternally shine.

Sending positive thoughts and prayers your way 🩵.

@hades-moon thank you.  I have to settle this case somehow. In Germany no less, but they have people here too. It's an extortion situation,  essentially.  I am trying to settle but really,  the whole system is a scam. Like I can't win and they can't lose.

@elsa I'm sorry to hear about the legal issues. It makes sense that you feel weary. Who has the time and inclination to sue an astrology blog!!?? Madness.

This site is a light to so many people, light also attracts darkness sadly, especially at the moment. I hope you can keep the light on and know you have many supporters around the world wishing you well. People do care about the forum, many are isolated at this time for various reasons, and it's an important space. I am constantly name checking things that are mentioned here. I just watched The Queen's Gambit because of your review (it was really great btw!)

@sophiab thank you!

On the lawsuit, many people are beyond desperate and this is a fact.

I'm sorry, I can't track the support. I don't internalize what people say to be, good or bad. I've had to learn this, the very hard way.  Because love me today, hate me tomorrow. That's the name of the game.

I read that young men prefer video games to sex... and I believe it.

@elsa I believe it, too. Also, porn, and any other number of things to numb the pain of rejection, and delayed gratification. Not just the young or the men, either.

@elsa Erectile dysfunction is on the rise with young men. Many attribute this to overstimulation/exposure from online pornography. They have become desensitised and almost bored of sex.
