One more thing, I am going to go back to posting threads on twitter. This is another thing that helps our cause, bringing new people in.

I deleted a post. I'm sorry. It was regarding another topic that's never been covered here so I did not list it before. Flying saucers basically.

There is a list of topics to be monitored on fb and Twitter. I will try to find it and post a link.

Again, I apologize.

Okay, I'm going to throw a random theory out there about people not starting a lot of topics. (I hope this thought is on topic. Please delete if it isn't.)

It's kind of understood, in the world of online forums, you don't just start a topic and then move on. You are expected to come back and engage with those who took time out of their busy days to respond to your topic. Now.....many of us are really busy and may not have the energy to "babysit" a thread or two or three (as I've heard this called before). If we're asking for advice, that's one thing. Yes, you should absolutely show some respect by making time to keep on top of that thread as well as you can. But if you're starting one just to generate discussion on a topic, maybe it's okay to get the conversation going and then slip out while others keep it going?

@notmycircus Yes, that is definitely okay.

People come here to enjoy reading others people's thoughts and stuff. It doesn't matter who started the conversation.

We don't have many opportunities for discourse, offline, especially now. So this forum serves a lot of purposes... it's a "help wanted" bulliten board too, for example,

@elsa Good. I'm deep in the ether with my Neptune/Mercury opposition and can barely keep track of my own name! Ha!

A lot of people will never post, but if a topic is posted they will respond.  There have been great topics over the years, but how do you search them now on this site?

I think you need to bring back the like button.  It really let people know someone read their post and liked it.

@jofrance the search on the forum itself is excellent. It's on the toolbar. You can also try the google search box for keywords. The forum is indexed.

Many people  voted thumbs down on the like button. Things have definitely improved here so I am going to let that ride for now.

I didn't notice it there on the toolbar, I used to use the search box that was in a more prominent place.  If its there somewhere, thats all I care about.

Well, majority rules on the likes.  I think its empty.  Just my opinion.

I must have missed the voting!  I miss it too, it was a quick way to give affirmation to the poster.

I will try to post more often. Retooling a career takes a lot out of a person.

Because of that, I'm in a strong energy conserving phase. Saturn is opposite my Leo planets.
