My husband started making smoothies during the pandemic. In addition to different combinations of frozen fruits, he adds spinach, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, and probably other ingredients that I haven't picked up on

Thanks for this! It inspired me. 
I am using cayenne pepper instead of cinnamon, with frozen blueberries, proteins powder and whatever greens are plentiful from my garden. It's perfect. Smile

I take lots of supplements/neutraceuticals to manage long C-19 symptoms.

I recently changed the timing of antioxidants (NAC, Vitamins A C & E, fish oil, tumeric and resveratrol) from daytime to bedtime. This resulted in me sleeping so well that I have STOPPED TAKING ALL SLEEP AIDS !
