What’s your absolute (to do) for your own mental health? 
What are you good at keeping up? 
What do you need to work on? 
I have to sleep. Take my supplements, stretch and talk with my best friends. 
I need to stop sugars and carbs again. I’ve had too many.

Negative self talk is so bad for me also. I do it a lot.

I have to avoid stress.  I'm so sick of bickering and of attacks of any kind.

I've turned into Indiana Jones on this front. If you insist on pestering me, I'm just going to shoot you. cheeky

I know this is bad to say, but for this May, mental health awareness is going to mean being aware of those who have lost their mental health and staying well clear.

I avoid the news like the plague. I used to want to know what was going on, but now I can't handle the stress or the lies. I also try to keep calm and not get emotional, try to keep positive although hard to do sometimes.

I do a lot praying now, it gives me hope. I also write a lot, both journaling and working on my memoir. It's therapeutic. Sometimes I will just write and write. My solar return has Mercury & Venus in the 3rd house.

Focusing on the positive things in life also help. I write a gratitude list almost every day and realize even though it's a tough time, there are still things to be grateful for.
