I wanted to post this under "what happened to us?" but it looks like @Elsa had to delete that one? I hope it's ok to post here.

I keep telling myself I'm not going to post any more on this topic, I'm done. But then something new comes along to test me. I am weak apparently.

Good Job Joe! Way to hold Gupta's feet to the fire. What a weasel he is. He had to be backed into a corner to admit it was wrong for a network to knowingly lie about Rogan's prescription.

@warped I hope so. She was given a steroid inhaler.

Jilly's sister is also V X2 and has been sick for a week. Got better, than worse again. Has not gone for a test - not sure why not. Denial? She's quite sick and it's concerning.

Getting better, then worse is concerning. Days 5-10 are key and a quick downturn can happen then. She should get checked out, I think.

@elsa She’s probably afraid of a false positive on the covid test. I’ve been talked out of getting one once or twice this past year when I started getting sick. My housemate’s daughters were afraid of all of us being stuck in quarantine, isolated and losing income for a stupid fake result.

@elsa  I hope they both recover quickly. Also hope they are taking vit D3, zinc and vit C at least.

My daughter got the vax over the summer, as a condition of her employment as a L/T substitute teacher.  She's been uptight that she'd get sick from exposure to her mostly unvaxxed students, despite having the jab.

Sure enough she came home two weeks ago, ill-feeling, sore throat and head ache, nasal congestion, lo-grade fever, with a dry and persistant cough.

What made her feel better, was getting a rapid-c test.  Thankfully it was neg and she was dx with a viral infection (head cold), and instructed to treat with OTC cold&flu medicine.

My gut tells me her immune system is shot to shit related to her being previously vaxxed, but until she was tested to rule out c, she was uneasy and fearful.

Thanks everyone. Jilly's sister is an Aquarian. She does not take advice. I don't think she's scared. She just think the shot works. Please don't post a bunch of info. She won't see it and is not interested. It's a clear boundary.

@notmycircus you did nothing wrong. I just don't want to hijack the thread.
