I don't think we can vote our way out of anything either. I am going to continue to vote regardless because I enjoy the process of doing so.

We all can try to work our way out of our own individual messes, I guess that's a start.

In my humble opinion, we need a return to tradition and a valuing of the structures that always held society together. We need a cohesive culture, a shared language, shared morals.

It's possible that ship has sailed, but there are things happening that are unbelievably egregious to the point it's surprising that they've all already happened before in history. If you look back to what happened when people finally had enough, we could repeat that too, but the problem is that people are lazy, complacent and cowardly (and always have been) because it's too hard and too risky. Add in all the tech and distractions we have in 2022. I'm not excluding myself from those awful adjectives, btw! But we are tolerating some of the most horrible things being done to children that I have ever seen, and if that isn't enough to move people to act, I don't know what is.

Gaining power somehow, and restructuring society based on the old ways will get us out of the mess in a very painful way. But otherwise we'll continue to be restructured in the current way, and by the time the children grow up, it will be too late. I'm doing the little that I can and hoping for the best.

You know all those kids who were born in Uranus in Aries? They may just be our fighters in the decades to come, leading the way in the revolution we're inevitably building up to.

I work with a lot of kiddos born when Uranus was in Aries and they are some very resilient, strong personalities!

Also, much of the generation who protested the Vietnam war was born with Uranus in Gemini so we'll have a whole new crop of them born pretty soon here.

It wouldn't let me edit to add this other note... but just wanted to say that, I don't really know how the Uranus in Taurus folks will be, but I know that when Aries and Gemini energies get together, some pretty magical things can happen. Good ideas (Gemini) being executed (Aries). I have hope for the future!

@rapunzelsoldierfish My Dad has Uranus in Taurus, he's in his early 80s now. He has always had very different views about materialism, e.g. he doesn't believe in home ownership, he buys hardly anything, and wears clothes until they fall apart! He is however, also very interested in money, reads a lot about it and has offered people advice in the past which helped them grow money, although he doesn't invest himself. If he had lived by his principles from early on I don't know where he'd be now, my mum has different approach to money and she bought them a house via loan in 70s, and she makes sure things needed get bought. My mum has Uranus in Gemini in 3rd, she is very smart and knows stuff out of nowhere. It's nice to hear about the Uranus in Aries kids, I imagine they are very inspiring to be around.
