BBQ pork potatoes. People love them around here. It took me six years to try one. Now I made pretty regularly. They're satisfying and not a giant amount of food.
I’m cooking chicken tonight with a ton of spices. That’s ghee butter on everything.
We’re planning to go visit my mom this weekend. I’m going to make chili for us and take a little container for her. I told her that I don’t make chili like she did, so just a heads up. No kidney beans. Great Northern beans, venison cuts or sausage, a can of tomato paste, but a base of butternut squash, chili powder 🙌 BOOM. (I love my mom, she’s a good cook, she made chili the way lots of people like it but not me ❤️)
And I will make her a loaf of bread and gingerbread scones. ☺️ And whatever else she wants.
