Apple Cider Vinegar
Does anyone use this? What for?
Love it! A capful in my morning glass of water and anytime for a refreshing drink. Add a splash to the pot when making bone broth to release the nutrients. Great on salad greens and French fries!
I like it in place of plain vinegar in salad dressings. Topically it is soothing for burns and helps with Rocacea. Many medicinal uses.
I'm beginning to mess with it... slowly turning into Henry.
Use it instead of white vinegar for everything. As folks have already written: me, too. I add it to soups, especially with chicken to draw flavor into the broth. The Apple Cider Vinegar little book was in our house when I grew up (in the '50's), a T. in water in the morning was the first thing that began helping me to lose weight as a kid. You remind me of these things with your question.
A lot of people take it for lowering blood sugar and weight loss. It's also used to improve gut health.
