my husband has all these placements in his chart, go figure. Scorpio/Sun/Asc, Cap Moon, Sag Venus, Virgo Mars.
I forgot Libra, I tend to be attracted to Libra energy a lot too. Virgo and Libra are my opposites.
Scorpio energy fulfills me the most of all, I think due to all my 8th house energy and Venus opp Pluto.
Capricorn does not really understand how to make me happy. But for some reason, I need them, and as I’ve aged/matured, I appreciate them quite a lot.

capricorn peeps are all around me, whether it be in moon capricorn (my mother) or sun sign (my grandmother who passed and my mother in law and uncles) but i notice i need them in my life too, they are supportive when you need help. they are always like a pillar /big rock support.
but emotionally they are not very kind, and kind of mean, and judgemental, (thus the coldness) it can be depressing; but you know, you can't have it all. but if they love you; they will be with you through the thick and thin though. fierce love.
i notice those with fire signs/or fiery energy can make them smile and lift their spirits.
@elisa yeah, those things are true about Capricorn. I call my husband my rock all the time. But let’s not forget the signs tendency to put a chain around your neck and make you think you need it. There is no sign more controlling than Capricorn. Not to say the sign in itself is bad. Just saying… the fool who falls into the trap is not gonna have a good time coming out of it

Then there is his Saturn at 5 Taurus all over my Stellium. Very controlling but does this thing where it looks like he isn't. But he is. My Grandmother that raised me was a Cap. My father had the rising. DIL... oofff... omg! My GM was my rock, but I have felt hindered and pushed down by the rest... I have a Cap dsc. Caps have been all over me most of my life. The support is there but it's weird support. Like a police officer sent to watch you 24 hours a day.

Me too. My sons dad was a Capricorn. I will never forget this time we were at a bonfire and I was having a good time. Which was rare because I was like a prisoner… I was off talking with all kinds of people and blissed out, not really paying much attention to him… this went on for a couple of hours, and he was watching me have fun. I was in this group, standing with about 6 other people and he came up behind me and jerked me down by my hair. Just me having fun triggered him. Some guy in the circle had a fit and yelled at him “he man you don’t do that to a woman” We left. End of the fun that night.
Anyways, yes, Capricorn is controlling and It seems like they don’t want you to let loose and have fun. They are great supports though. The world needs police officers lol, what would we do in a world with lawlessness? Lord, I don’t want to imagine it.
@la_sirena Cap men do hit. Yes, they do. I am sure not all, but I know of many. Cap can be so cold. Not aloof like an air sign. COLD. Not even detached cold. Look into their eyes and there is nothing behind them that screams... hug me, that is for certain. I was with one for a while. He took me out and while we were walking through this place, he told me to walk behind him 🤣 If someone is going to get their hair pulled its me.
I can't stand that someone did that to you. As you describe it, I can picture it though because I have lived through it. And worse. My DIL sucks all the enjoyment out of a room. She cannot stand to see anyone having a pleasant time. Those girls are going to come up on her. they are now as teens. That Aries sun/rising with the Scorpio moon is going to rock her world. I understand how it sounds when I describe her. People think... ew.. god 🤢 the mother-in-law. But I took that girl in. gave her a job and she wore my clothes. I mean, I probably gave her more than my own kids and grandies. It was when that Cap decided it was going to start bossing me around that I put that DOWN. I stood toe to toe with her one day. @la_sirena Also.. the falling out with DIL didn't come from (just) her Capricorn. It comes from her Pluto transit. Transiting Pluto conjunct her Cap sun. She is unbearable and while I know what is going on its just way too much to tolerate. She started talking AT everyone and not to them. It's like watching a demon in real time and I just got sick of it. I am not sure we will ever be able to repair the damage of this transit. Loud, mean, shouting and spewing. She screams at those kids so bad it hurts my soul. Like an overbearing cartoon character of herself. I tried to tell her she was just going through some energy. And I tried to understand. I saw a side to her that no one would want to see. We all can. She is just mean. Mean to everyone. Lost every friend she has so far. B!tch b!tch b!tch all the time. No softness. No kindness. It's horrible. It changed her. And not for the better. I will say it again... I love her. I do.. But my attitude is ... girl, you better go sit down. At work you may be the boss, but you are not running my home. Not handled properly Pluto cj sun can be life changing. It happened to me. Not a good outcome. Wish I had known then what I know now. They soften somewhat as they age. From what I’ve noticed, they seem better as grandparents. My son would never believe how mean his grandmother was when I was a kid. She is totally different with him. My mom has a Capricorn Moon. She has Mars on her Ascendant though. She was and is a firecracker. But, mean, mean, MEAN when my siblings and I were kids and teens. She was our rock in many ways.. she had her stuff together at a young age, but nurturing she was not. And she would yell at us so loudly, and so often, that I was ashamed to go outside and be seen in front of the neighbors, as they all heard. There’s a lot I could say about my childhood, that I would rather discuss in a private forum, you know? But yeah, your grands are lucky they have you. That will go a long way when they are adults. When we are kids, while we may not realize it, we all need someone we can emulate when we are older. So hopefully when they grow up and decide to marry, they choose based *not* on conditioning, but because of their heart.

I love my husband so deeply and in ways it makes people sick when I describe it. But he is also an a$$hole. If he didn't have a Pisces Venus, we would not be together! When he is talking from his moon or his Aqua rising the sh!t hits the fan around here. I have told him so many times... come on, that is not how you feel about that... really. Knock it off. Makes for good Corp mgmt though. With Mars in Aries? He is a stormtrooper. Just don't point that at me 🤣
My grandmother was a Capricorn. I didn't understand it back then, but I do now. I was her first granddaughter. First grandchild. Everyone said... it changed her. She held me and rocked me and hugged the stuffing out of me. Made sure she met every need I had. I have never been loved more by anyone in my life. And I mean LOVED. My rock. My heart. She was all about family. She cooked. She was loyal. Everything good about a person was - her. When people described her as insulting, harsh, mean... I had no idea who they were talking about and those were fighting words. I never saw that side of her.
I was raised by a Capricorn woman. She never raised her voice to me. Must be because she aged out of it 🤣
That is why I am so surprised when they are so stern.

That’s funny, my grandmother (moms mom) also has a Cap Moon. I was her first grandbaby too and it was the same with her. She loved me so deeply and I saw her as a very warm and loving person. I could not and will not believe the stories. My mom is the same with my son… her first grand baby. She loves him fiercely and they have an extremely warm and loving bond. I love it. It’s special… it truly is.
So yes, the Caps chill out as they age. My mom is someone I can count on. I don’t hold her being mean (screaming all the time) against her at all. She was just a kid when she had me. She got pregnant with me at 17, so how could I hold it against her? She had to grow up. And lord knows I wasn’t a perfect mom.
i think because of their upbringing, so much suffering and also "lack " of, many times. If its not lack of money or food, its other type of suffering. so capricorn placements are harder on others i think. OR they feel sad and feel for others in the same position.
I remember reading about Abraham Lincoln (capricorn moon) and his mother died early but his father worked him to the bone, like a slave. And he saw other people slaving and slaving away, he didnt like that. so he wanted them free. to choose to work hard and get paid. Not like a dog slaving away. granted, i think he put himself in that position of others and seeing their plight because he had a lot of pisces and sagittarius too, His mars libra (justice) was in the 8th house. And his capricorn moon sat in 12th house.
i too have capricorn, in the venus, for example, and i thought it was broken because i chose men who can't provide (the first husband) but i found out my venus sat in the 12th house. so it was love at first sight and not caring about monetary or whether he is good provider. it was terrible and disastrous; I learned from that though. and kept learning. like a climber.
another example, my mother in law Capricorn sun with venus, merc (stellium in cap) she will point out its inappropriate to put your hand over your husband's shoulder or back while in a restaurant, but no one is really around to see. the time was already later and most everyone was gone except for later waitresses and bartenders; or if you put your head on the shoulder as if tired. and call you out that " its inappropriate' LOL thats police work. xD

Others? Never once drawn to anything but fire (Aries, Leo, Sag) until I met my husband PISCES... he is a love bug. I'd never go back to fire after having a water sign as a love.
As a scorpio sun with leo asc I tend to fall for scorpio ascendants and anything sagittarius.(my venus and mars are in sag)
I have an Aries stellium, and most of my serious relationships have been with Taurus and Libra men, so Venus-ruled Suns. Opposites attract, I guess.
I had a boss that was a Virgo stellium. I really liked him. We worked so well together. He was the manager, and I was the supervisor, and we rocked that dept. I didn't like him like - lets go out like him.. I just worked really well with him.
I often wondered what it would be like to date a Virgo. I might have liked to try that to see how it worked ... as I look back over my shoulder. I was never a dater.. and fire signs always came after me. But knowing what I know now.. I would have liked to see how that would work. My two sisters are Virgos. So smart. Attention to every detail. I loved them so much when they were little. I couldn't hover over and protect them enough. And they were good girls. Did so well in school. It was always so important to them that they speak properly and that their clothes were right. It was so cute. My grand is a Gemini but she is a Virgo rising/moon. I adore that child. She is SO Virgo. I love watching her .. everything has to be 'just so'.... ❤️
