What rules shame?

Oops, didn't answer the question.

I think Saturn has to do with shame (a stern critic), in bad aspect to Moon (emotions).

But Pluto, with stuff dredged up from the deep dark depths, could be pretty intimidating too.

I have both opposite my Moon (and Sun too) & gotta say, I'm not madly in love with myself!  Oh well...

This resonates with me. Guilt is at least somehow reconcilable. Shame is basically- youre fucked. Its the lowest vibration.

Ive done a lot of experiential research with it, and found that it really has no source. Its essentially the idea/lie that you are seperate from God. How many people know their oneness?

Well thinking of something I am ashamed of and where it would be in my chart.

Processing...

Pluto, the transits to connected events were to Pluto. As you said.

I think Saturn is more shame than Pluto. Saturn is about standards and Pluto is about survival. But I also think sometimes Pluto and Saturn might cooperate if they have contacts or share a sign so you get some kind of deep fear-shame smoothie from the two. Mmm.

Perhaps a smoothie if they are in good aspects, otherwise it seems it would be harsh...

The reason I mention Pluto is the submerged unconscious style of things that people don't want to see or know.

You can also feel shame for things ou don't even remember, such as events in early childhood that are occulted. But the shame lingers on, perhaps mixes with and accumulates with other known/unknown shames and than you're in a general shame atmosphere that can get triggered by anything.
