ST once pinned a family member to the wall with his wheelchair. Just backed it up til they couldn’t move.
Dad (mystepdad) has this Mars, too. He got in an argument Mom early in their marriage. I watched him turn and put a fist in the wall! He took karate some years later and that seemed to channel his energy rather well.
