maybe with their libra moons, they want a relationship and like the company of people, too.  Libra strikes me as not wanting to be alone due to being relationship sign  (not necessarily being in a relationship) Mars in air and combine with moon in air, can most likely seem very very cold in relationships. Not really huggy huggy, unless maybe you make the move to be huggy huggy yourself. Aquarius can most likely come off like an "asshole" too. but not really meaning it, because they just wanna do what they want to do. with disregard to other people's feelings.  So maybe if they get pointed out for their lack of feelings and disregard, they may be more aware and learn too; so in the future they may be less "assholey"  feeling. Maybe thats the reading i get, because i dont see that in scorpio energy alone, and i'm not really familiar with libra energy in a man too much. My sister is married to a libra sun and has sons who are libra.  I dont get the feeling they are like that to her, and they have no aquarius placements.  but on a wider scale, they are cool and wonderful to their friends because they aren't "closer" in a personal relationship. Like huggy huggy and considering their partner's feelings.  It's like it can't see itself being just lovable to one on one person, unless stressed and they learn. lol

I think the independence thing is really emphasized here. I have found people with Libra moons to be very flirty and friendly, excellent hosts, and have lovely manners.

It's just occurred to me that I've dated two different Scorpios with Libra moons. The only difference was that one had Mars in Aquarius and the other had Mars in Capricorn.

Both Mars are ruled by Saturn, but there's an inflexible freedom that I would say is characteristic of Aquarius. "Inflexible freedom" sounds almost oxymoronic but what I mean is, the person with Mars in Aquarius defends their own freedom to a nearly pathological extent. You pretty much can't get them to do anything. They would argue, of course, that you shouldn't try to get anybody to do anything, as it impinges on everyone's natural right to freedom of movement. I would say this is a key difference between the Scorpio with the Aquarius Mars and the Scorpio with the Cap Mars.

I have Mars in Scorpio: I try to persuade everyone that what I want is what they want, too.

So Scorpio men with Moon in Libra and Mars in Aquarius are usually flirtatious? Thanks in advance. I have Moon in Aquarius and Mars in Gemini. But I don't think I'd get involved with one if all they do is flirt. The one I was going to talk to says he wants to get married and that he loves hard. He has Venus in Scorpio but he might just be saying anything.

I would say Libra moons in general are flirty, but I would also say that these men were flirty to me, since they were interested in me. Libra moons ask nice, dinner-party type questions and are almost unfailingly polite. Libra moons, for instance, know when they're not being polite. If you don't know that that's an instinct, try being around a drunk Sagittarius or Cancer.

Venus in Scorpio certainly does love hard, but a man with Libra may choose a particularly obsessive woman to be in a relationship with. I have a Libra sun friend who has a Venus in Scorpio and his girlfriends were always incredibly jealous and possessive of him. With him, I saw this pattern as a way of expressing his own possessive nature while also being the "nice" one (a classic Libra move).

wow thats true about Mars Aquarius, with Aquarius energy.  You can't make them do anything which would bend their philosophy of "freedom";   and it's perhaps because in childhood they were "restricted" alot, and when they finally get a taste when they are older, (saturn aging)  they feel no, i dont want to be like that in the past, and i want my notion of freedom.  with capricorn, there's a true responsibility there, which ties them to stay "grounded".  Both suffered in childhood too, because of the "restriction" and sometimes the restriction is abusive. Sometimes, there is a strong "lack" of everything. Saturn restricts, so less food, less of everything, and when you get older these folks tend to "cherish" everything. And maybe in Capricorn it's more materialistic while the Aquarius being airy would tend more to being needy for education and intelligence more; maybe in youth they lacked that in their surroundings. I've found that to be true in the few people i've known with Aquarius mars growing up. While i could see "clues" with Sun in Aquarius, like Abraham Lincoln who lacked everything, and suffered and worked alot and lacked "freedom" but his work nature was repetitive and his father kept him working day and night so he was used to it.  This is now part of his nature, having capricorn moon.  And i can see his Libra mars, relating to "others"  and wanting fairness and justice.  Everything Saturn touches and is strongly Saturn chart is restricted in childhood and when they are older, they want some freedom. They feel this is their right after suffering so long. They need to break free of the chains.

I think Mars in Capricorn pursues status whereas Mars in Aquarius pursues freedom.

Are they loyal though?

I don't know. I would think so, if they are serious about you.
