At age 12, most kids grow (Jupiter) and start puberty and adolescents.

At 24, most have at least their high school degree, and a lot have their Bachelor's degree as well.

At age 36, most women start worrying about having a baby by 40. Some men go into their mid-life crisis, buying a motorcycle, a new car, sleeping with a younger woman, or just acting out wild altogether. At this age, most people are deep enough into their career to say that they, themselves, have a career.

At age 42, most people start walking towards their North Node lessons.

Jupiter returns mark a new area of growth.  Being that your Jupiter is in the 5th house, this could be the start of a new creative endeavor.  I think this is a great time to have children or work with children.  The presence of the Vertex makes me think of an outside influence that introduces something new into your life.
