Saturn rising or Mid-heaven I think.

I have Aries rising and Cap MC. I've been told I'm intimidating many times.

I will really try to be more emotionally open, but somehow it is very difficult. Must be the Capricorn moon. I open up eventually but with new people it's not easy. 

Men tell me they had a crush on me years ago but were far too intimidated to approach me. Feel like I missed out and wonder about what might have been.

Mercury (Virgo 7th) square Midheaven (Sagittarius)

Venus  (Virgo 7th) square Midheaven (Sagittarius)

Uranus (Sagittarius 10th) conjunct Midheaven

People who are very intelligent are often intimidating. I would look at Mercury.
