Well, I have Venus in Scorpio as well, but I am a female. I can tell you that having Venus in Scorpio makes me intense and an all or nothing type of person. For a male, I would wager that it makes him attracted to the femme fatale type of woman, that dark mysterious type that is intense and strong willed. I know a man who has this placement and he is very intense and secretive.I find myself attracted to Dracula types. The tall, dark and disturbing kinds of men. For me, Venus is the things you love and of course, Scorpio is the dark side of things, and intensity. That does not mean I like evil things, either.

Interesting. I am also an intense type of person and get jealous easily.
As far as women, I find myself attracted to women with big, dark, hypnotic eyes, sexy and femenine in dress, slender, dark hair, with strong character and is a jealous type of woman. Tend to lean more towards Asian, Latin American/Mediterranean, Arab or South Asian women often.

He likes the dark haired, Asians and Mexican women and he likes those that have that air of mystery about them. And yes, he has a very strong character about him. He also has his Moon conjunct Pluto, so he is intense about everything and not one to be messed with by others.

I also have a strong character though deep inside I am sensitive and not afraid of crying.
My moon in Scorpio conjunct my Venus in Scorpio and my Ascendant in Scorpio conjunct my Pluto in Scorpio. Thus, Moon, Venus and Pluto fall in my 1st house.
I guess despite I am a Libra Sun, I do not tend to act stereotypically Libra as my Natal Chart is Scorpio (Moon, Venus and Pluto) and Capricorn (Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune) dominant.

My husband has Scorpio Venus but he's not a Scorpio moon, and he's not a Libra sun. Still, he likes the foreigner look/feel of a woman, I notice. that might be his Sagittarius Mars though. I notice men with those placements/houses love foreign. And my Aquarius Sun girlfriend i know, who has a libra moon/Sag Mars/Cap venus is a foreigner, and married to a Scorpio Sun, but her husband has Sagittarius Venus/Libra mars. So i'm guessing there is the Scorpionic energy still prevalant and his Sagittarius Venus likes Foreign women. I dont really see my girlfriend as the "femme fatale" type, but she's very strong willed.
ETA: oh in celebs, John Krasinski Libra sun/Scorpio Venus male married a Pisces sun/Aries Venus/Pisces mars female, who is very talented and gorgeous (Emily Blunt). She has a look of a femme fatale as she did when she played that role, Full Metal bitch in the film with Tom Cruise, "Edge of Tomorrow".
The man I know is a Libra Sun but he seems more like a Scorpio. Having Moon conjunct Pluto is like having a Scorpio Moon and he takes every thing personally and is easily pissed off. Of course he has Mars in Capricorn and Uranus in Cancer opposing each other and it just makes for a very hot temper. He is prone to holding grudges and would rather die before shedding a tear where someone could see it.
I love Astrology because once you can get the true birth data of someone, you can get the gist of their personality.
