I do not feel that one is more important than the other.  As long as Uranus is in your 6th house, you will always have to take extra care of your physical health  --  Uranus just seems to have this ability to speed up the nervous system.  Kinda like you are always feeling electrified. You have to make sure you get proper rest and that is not going to be any easy feat.  Yes, this feeling will be amplified as Uranus makes the op to your natal Scorpio sun, and if your sun is actually located in the 12th, that could really shake-you up.  12th house suns usually wear their sunglasses at night.......they are comfortable in the hours between twilight and dusk.  Make sure you eat properly.
