My Venus return is coming up. The chart is wild. So many things at zero degrees. Two squares, two conjunctions, two sextiles and one opposition. Two trines within orb. Where to begin to interpret? Any ideas?
Hard to say without seeing the chart, but you do seem to want to socialize at the moment.
How significant is Venus in relation to the whole chart ? Is it an angle ruler or a nodal ruler ? Perhaps a final depositor ? Is the direction of your personal evolution towards - or away from - Venusian responsiveness ?
This movement of first Mars past the opposition to Pluto in Aquarius and squaring the fixed Nodes - and then now Venus - has been affecting the whole picture of Scorpio/Taurus and Aries/Libra in significant ways.

It rules the 7th.
It squares the nodes exactly.
It rules the south node.
Direction of personal evolution - I cannot say. Is this written or does one chose this?

Venus is definitely significant if it squares the Nodes and rules the SN.
Direction of personal evolution is in the Nodes and connected to Pluto ( and the BlackMoon). Who you have been and who you are becoming.......

So, my node is in Scorp. Pluto is in 8th depending on house system. Supposedly my evolution involves transformation? I don't understand this concept, which is why I'm using dismissive language - 'supposedly'. Hopefully I'll get a download from the ether about what this all means in practical terms, because, to me it is slightly out there...

This is my Venus return chart for 2023. Do I pay attention to signs? Houses?
I want a better work life. I would love to find a handful of work partners to exchange ideas with, leverage each other's experience. Boost each other's confidence. Present our product as a team. Do photo ops together, like a band doing album covers. So work is both a social endeavor as well as a way to make a living. Maybe these aren't Venus questions?
The North Node in Scorpio conjunct the Midheaven is all about shared creativity in career. Desire and Scorpio. Your main allies in making that happen are Mars and the 8 th house Sun. It might be useful to look at the Mars return as well.
@don : cool interpretation. Good idea to look at Mars return, thanks. Sometimes though, I wish I could just sit there and have things happen. Having to work so hard for everything all the times gets boring! Oh well.
Here is the Mars return. It looks like hard work. Not thrilled. I'm inclined to look for an easy way out. If anyone has suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them.
Actually its not that much hard work to bring Mars and Venus together. Venus puts herself out there - and then when something comes along that excites her desire - she pounces on it with Mars.
Both those returns have transiting Pluto opposing your Saturn and squaring Uranus and that is probably the rub for Aquarius rising.
Hoping and dreaming by itself does not create action and initiative. Mars and Saturn together are the essence of action, initiative, and becoming.
