Has anyone else noticed that when the Sun opposes your natal Sun you tend to get sick or at least feel bad?
I have noticed when Pisces swims around I start to feel bad and I usually getting a stomach (Virgo Sun) virus.
Today my husband's Capricorn Sun is under fire from the Cancer Sun and he is coming home from work feeling exhausted with stomach issues. I checked and other personal planets are getting hit by transiting planets. Plus Cancer is his Rising sign, tying his 0 degree Jupiter into the mix to make him come home early. He has not missed a day of work in a very long time.
Watch out for oppositions and squares.
It's an interesting concept. It's as if the energy, the light, is as far away from you as it can get.
I have heard something akin to this before. The idea that Jupiter transiting a sign deprives the opposite sign of luck and opportunity. I heard that about 40 years ago. I've never seen anything to support it but I've also never forgotten.
@elsa I didn't think of it in that way but it makes since that your energy goes low and things just feel off when you're having a solar opposition. By the way, my husband is fine now. He got rest and is back to normal.
Reading about the solar storm that has hit earth makes me wonder if all that energy is causing a surge of just overall craziness in the world. Maybe many of us underestimate the power of the Sun?
I haven't heard that negative Jupiter transits can take away luck. Haven't noticed it either. The main negative thing from Jupiter is expanding on what shouldn't be such a big deal or making someone go over the top as in gambling, drugs, or making mountains out of molehills.
My mom, dad, brother and grandmother all have their Sun opposite my Sun. I do notice having low energy around their birthdays, but not illness per se.
I have noticed this as well. Especially in June with cancer squaring my planets in libra. And my moon in Aires. This year I do feel a bit of a fire in my tummy.and gas I have Neptune in libra ...interesting!
