Social anxiety

Hello,
I don't have a definitive diagnosis yet, but I probably have social anxiety, or the Avoidant personality disorder AvDP. Even though I strongly dislike 'labels', I can't deny that most of the symptoms apply to me. The cause remains unclear, it's most likely a combination of social, genetic and psychological factors. Well, I always was a quiet and shy child  and I got bullied from my early childhood into my late teens, so yes, it sounds rather plausible. Yet I'm curious. There must be more people with this particular disorder, or social anxiety, or whatever disorder one may have. I don't know any other individuals with this disorder / anxiety, but are there possibly any  ''prominent markers'' in a natal chart that point out social anxiety, social inadequacy whether AvDP

PS I uploaded my chart, for what it's worth, it might be usefull.

Saturn and Lilith in House 11(friendships and groups) squares your Sun in House 8 (which is also the House of fear/death and the dark side).

Saturn began to pass your Sun the last year and is still in conjunction.

It will also pass Mercury next year which is currently squared by Neptune. You might be unable to focus and people are more willing to take advantage of you. Don't get into any important contracts the next years or get a very good lawyer first.

With Saturn in 11 you are afraid of groups because you feel they might treat you in a non-empathetic way. There must have been some experiences of loneliness related to groups making you feel abandoned and unable to communicate. It could also be related to sex ( and even family because of the moon in 12 and Mars in 4). Maybe someone else was abused and you lost your belief in human support by having to remain silent (sorry, I am really just assuming things but making no claims at all). Something shocking and maybe violent made you lose your belief that the group will protect and nurture your individual, emotional needs.

Thats' why you sometimes can't express your feelings, and they seem so confusing to you. You tend to repress anger.

Lilith in 11 also attracts female figures that might be deceptive or overly sensitive (maybe artists or if bad, people who aren't very stabile---even addicted personalities), they fascinate you but also cause you distress .

Sun/Saturn tends to be a loner anyways.

Maybe you need this loneliness and believe because you enjoy it at times something must be wrong with you. Social anxiety is very much based on shyness which again is based on the fear what others think of you. You want to feel accepted, not an outcast.

Your main issue is to learn expressing your feelings without being scared what others think of you, expressing your anger and even aggression without feeling guilty and learning to find happiness in small groups instead of pushing yourself to be conform. Embrace your complex and dark personality and find the right people who love you for who you are. You will stop feeling nervous when fear is replaced by love and the right friends support you for exactly who you are. But then you also need to learn to express it FIRST(with moon in 12) instead of constantly playing a role that you think others expect from you.

I have my moon in 12th and Aqua saturn square my Scorp sun too. Lots of solitude and and I stick to the few friends I have, developing solid friendships with them.

The 12th Moon widely separated from a grand water trine is what I keyed in on.

Were the Moon comfortably situated within Pisces, the trine would benefit from the mutable quality governing emotions.  As it were in Aries, that is decidedly not the case.  Cardinal Moon trine Cardinal Mars in fall - repressed anger, indeed.

I don't have time to go into great detail at the moment, and so I'll share a resource that could be of great help in understanding the depth of the anxiety, which your Scorpio bits ought to never tire of.  Anxiety is very much a 12th house thing - hidden, unconscious (or even sometimes conscious) fears.  If using the Placidus house system, you have Pisces intercepted in your 12th and Virgo intercepted in your 6th with 4th/5th and 9th/10th house cusps duplicated in the Cancer/Capricorn axis.

I'm not questioning your choice to apply an equal house system to your chart, nor claiming it to be a mistake or anything of the sort, but I do think it would be worthwhile to read through the delineations of the interceptions and duplicated cusps...

When getting a view of your Moon, the first thought that came to my head is maybe it's not you - maybe you're just in tune to how anxious society would be to know how you're really feeling.  I did a re-cast of your chart to check other placements and hadn't even realized your cast was done with equal houses and so wasn't even looking for interceptions.

With your Moon and Mars dynamics, the first bit of advice that came to mind was to channel any repressed anger or emotions into something, anything, creative.  The more 'homey' the outlet, the better.

And one piece of the  interception article I'll share to highlight, "Intercepted 4th house (same sign on 4th and 5th house cusps) gives us emotional power: use your past experiences, your inheritance, and emotional strength, to be creative. Express your emotional power."

I never really developed creative outlets to express myself until I was in my 30s, have suffered from social anxiety/awkwardness/shyness however you want to describe it since early childhood.  I also have a Virgo/Pisces interception.

In the Placidus house system, your 10th house is amazing, by the way.  Chariklo opposes your Neptune and Uranus, and if you would be willing to share, I would like to read any thoughts you have on Chiron's influence.  Does it make sense to you in Leo?  Or does Chiron in Cancer seem to fit better in some ways, particularly with the healing themes instead of the wounding ones?  Same with the houses - does it resonate the strongest in 4th, 5th, or 6th houses?

Well, I use the equal house system because that was recommended to my by an astrologer. She said I should use the Equal house system for I have extremely 'lopsided' houses (according to her). Moreover, when using the Placidus system I have my Sun and Pluto in the 7th house and those placements don't apply to me.

Concerning Chiron; With the equal system I have Chiron in Leo in the 5th house, using Placidus it's in the 6th. Considering where I feel it the most, I'd say both the 5th and the 6th, so I'm not exactly sure.

Thanks anyway!
