So this is coming up yall. Sorry if this has already been posted, but I don’t remember seeing anything about this here on the boards. Love to know everyones thoughts and/or predictions and/or how it will transit your chart. If I get time Ill post dates, degrees, etc. (or if someone else wants to do that Im happy to delegate lol)

For now, just to get the juices flowing heres some keywords.

URANUS – lightning, sudden illumination, unexpected changes, shock, electricity, 11th house

SATURN- karma, boundaries, authority, rules, restriction, structure, tenth house

How do these two energies perform in a fixed square? Also Saturn squaring Uranus from the sign it rules in modern astrology, Aquarius? Lots to dissect here.

Hmmm. I see this as conservatism and liberalism butting heads because you have Saturn square Uranus, kind of like someone with a fair amount of planets in Capricorn and Aquarius and those energies fighting to show themselves. Saturn wants to come off as reserved and traditional while Uranus wants to go the opposite way.

I don’t know about anyone else but I see this as manifesting as intense frustration. What came from the last time Saturn squared Uranus?

Both Saturn and Uranus rule Aquarius. Saturn and Uranus are linked by and thru Chiron. Watch what is happening with Chiron to get a sense of how Saturn and Uranus are working with each other…

I have an Aquarius rising, which is ruled by both Saturn and Uranus, so it’s like my two parents are fighting 😥

It will be in my 12th and 3rd houses. I’ll have a new job by then (most likely), but seeing as I work in a very communication (3rd) and technology-heavy (Uranus) field, I would say that Saturn (structure) would be applying pressure to me to learn whatever new things I have to learn, SUDDENLY (Uranus).

It is not just that … it is taking whatever new things I learn and adapting them as a new way of communicating. Saturn will formalize my new communication methods and make sure I have learned my communication lessons, to use for the rest of my life.

Of course … another interpretation is that I cut my siblings out of my life after my parents die. Or rather, that my relationship with my siblings (3rd) deteriorates so much that one or both of us cut each other off coldly (Saturn). I already don’t talk to one brother, but the other one I love very much.

So how does the 12th house come into it? I … I don’t know. I still don’t understand the 12th house very well. The Saturn-Pluto conjunction was in my 12th, and Pluto will be there for another … 10? years? I know that Saturn will be emerging into my 1st house in early 2022, which Elsa told me (during a consultation) is when things will solidify in my life. Right now things are just … cookie dough (I am not done baking yet. It is about time, don’t you think?).

Other than changes to the financial systems, tech payment systems/businesses, and agriculture, food etc…

I think on a personal level we may experiences changes in long held fears, fortified structures of what we believe constitutes beauty and the values we ascribe to beauty, fashion, creativity, money and love; how do you love yourself, see your beauty or what beliefs have held you back from loving relationships and how has that affected your self esteem? is money love or more important that love?

Jupiter-Saturn in Aquarius square Uranus in Taurus are closets in Jan-Feb 2021, but continue through the rest of the year. So the impetus for change will likely be magnified by Jupiter.

The exact square happens on June 14, 2021 at 13°. There’s more on this here:

https://www.elsaelsa.com/forum…..s-in-2021/

It will happen when Sun, Mercury and Venus are in Gemini along with the North Node.

So it’s karmic (necessary action) and meaningful, because it’s possible that we will come to realize that ..

In order to change what you’ve long believed you wanted or what is love or beautiful or creative or artistic (Saturn-Uranus), something in the mind (Mercury in Gemini) may have to recognize that you (Sun in Gemini) are already beautiful, loved  and already have what you’ve always wanted (Venus in Gemini). .

The last square was in 1999, Saturn was in Taurus and Jupiter was also in Taurus for some time and Uranus was in Aquarius, it’s possible whatever occurred created a strong hold on us on Venusian matters (Taurus) a that time, 2021 is time to change/reverse.

Remember Jupiter is involved, so for some 2021 will likely bring positive correction, and others negative correction if there was unjust benefit in 1999.

The Universe always balances, much like an accountant (Taurus)!

This is very, very intriguing to me. 1999 was a very significant year in my life, and a lot of unpleasant person-defining stuff happened. I would love to progress!

I left out some very important detail in my previous post #5. While, Saturn and Uranus will be close many times during the year, the exact meetings are:

In 1999

First square was on July 17th at 15°

**Second square was on November 14th at 13°

In 2021

**First square will be on June 14th at 13°

Second square will be on December 23rd at 11°

**I still think these two stories are somehow related.

So, so interesting! The whole of 99 was my undoing. After being a stellar student all my life, I just couldn’t hack advanced calculus, senior school physics and organic chemistry! I failed my first exam ever in April 2000 and refused to go back to school for a whole year! Had to be homeschooled by my grandparent. It was incredibly shameful to fail at something, after tasting success all my life. Especially nerve wrecking was the fact that I thought my exam went very well….”finishing one hour before allotted time” type of well…and it came as a massive shock to realize how much I sucked! Lol!

It made me an anxious, unsure person I am today. I learnt to not trust my instincts and that my self image could be far removed from reality. It also taught me that hard work does not equal success always. Sometimes, you fail at things just because there are much better people out there, you don’t have natural talent for certain things…or that a few things are not meant to be.

Will be interesting to see the reversal of harsh lessons my teenage self learnt after so much heartache.

I can see how that can be so unnerving. The universe sometimes throws us a curveball and we can be traumatized by it sometimes, even if it’s minimal. I hope everything after age 17/18 wasn’t so ‘shocking’ to you and you have healed, or at least coped well! One strange turn in life would be something to grow from, but there also needs to be time to let it all sink in. Good luck!

Thank you for understanding. Yes, after a few hits and misses, I mostly recovered and now have a relatively successful career, albeit with a careful risk taking and dry humour personality. Stability has been my nemesis and the fondest wish that eludes me time and again (Uranus in 4th house, conjunct South node).

I think this time around, its the turn of relationships and self image associated with being a wife, or a desirable partner, that is taking a beating. If there is one lesson that I would like to carry over from last time, it would be that settling of the changes induced, takes years to come into effect, so have patience. Also, all the chaos and destruction of the structures of life are ultimately for one’s own benefit.

1999 was one heck of a year for me. Moved into a place to get my son in a school district. My daughter who had an 8 month old moved in with us. Had problems with the landlord over her babys daddy, throwing cigarette butts in the parking lot. Was evicted after 2 months because of the crazy landlord and had to rush and get into another apt which was outside of sons school district. Son ending up moving in with his dad who was in district. Dated several losers and ended up meeting my late husband Nov 15 1999.

Interesting. I didn’t realize there was a square in ’99. Makes sense. I do remember Jup was in Taurus. That year was a transition year w/ many matters, but including finances, old matters ending (didn’t know at the time, but in hindsight).

But, I see the pattern/similarities w/ end of 2019/20 and 99/2000, Taurus ruled events were big then.

Had to keep editing. Mercury RX, brain fog. 🙂

Your observations helpful.
