Hello all, and the rest of you.

Okay.

I was researching these two minors.  Robert Hand states that the manifestations of these are not inherited. How wonderful!!!

So I got to thinking about the proverbial Black Sheep.

Perhaps, the outward expressions of those whom think themselves "not of the family" are, merely, expressing one, or both, of these two aspects??

In other words, something that is unique to yourself and completely unfathomable to the rest of your family.

You know... this topic is a manifestation of planets in Cancer.

We are to get ready for that thingy in August, right???

What are your thoughts on this??

::handshake::

Thank you...

I'm definitely the oddball in the family and have been reminded of it for 51 years. I'm not an advanced enough student to agree or disagree with your observation.

Having looked out of curiosity I do have several tight quintile aspects. Saturn quintile Mercury, Chiron quintile Mercury, Uranus/Pluto quintile Jupiter, and Chiron quintile Sun. All of those are 1 degree or less orb.

One bi-quintile, Moon to Venus exact.

Oh, damn.

Biquintile Moon/Uranus.

Speaks of expressing myself authentically.

Also of having a good sense of humor.

You know, I hear so much shit about us with a 22 signature, Moon so-called affliction, having to reel in our emotions when what is clearly bring expressed as the fucking "P" word.

Passion.

Pure, unadulterated TRUTH.

I gotta be me, man.

You dig??

I've got the sun quintile AC, Sun bi quintile Neptune, and Neptune quintile AC in my chart.

I don't remember what that is all about off the top of my head. Something something words and things...how very Neptune. I'll have to read about it later.

edit: I also have Jupiter quintile Saturn...

I have Mars-Sun quintile Pluto.

From Sue Tompkins "Aspects in Astrology" pp 52-54

"The main authors who worked a lot on the "five" series were John Addey, Charles Harvey and David Hamblin. Addey linked quintiles to "power and imposing one's mind on the world" he also adds that the quintile series describes the kind of art we are drawn to. Hamblin thought "style" was descriptive of the "five" series.

In more recent times Sue Tompkins links the quintile to numerology and the number 5 indicating Mercury and thus believes quintiles "describe how we communicate or put into form our mental processes"."

With Mars-Sun in 8th Gemini I can be very persuasive but I've always put that down to the natal Mercury-Pluto square so maybe the quintile reinforces this aspect.

Great information here! I've also read that quintiles are qualities or talents others see in you, that you can't see in yourself.

Chad, where did you find information on 22 signature? I'm unfamiliar with that and I'd like to read about it.

Chad, where did you find information on 22 signature? I'm unfamiliar with that and I'd like to read about it.

One night I spent hours checking out the numerological number 22.  My birth date day and birth date numbers (before condensing.)

Apparently, Number 22 can be quite emotional.  And, the advise is to get that under wraps.

I look at the emotion as being an energy that that has a consciousness.  A drive.  Focused.  A deemed end result.

I mean, what's a 22 supposed to do??  Be silent!!??

I'm sorry, allie220, I don't have the specific links for you.

I'm sure in you subsequent searches, that information will come up.

Good luck and keep us posted. laugh

ETA:  Clint Eastwood is a 22.  Can you imagine the backstage/off screen shit that went on??

I bet when he dies, the shit will come out of the woodwork on him.  Just my thoughts.
