I have Pluto transiting conjunct my ascendant, on the first house side. I can't tell you how repulsive I feel. I have no words.

This thread came up today:

https://www.elsaelsa.com/astrology/your-ascendant-describes-the-first-impression-you-make/

I got thinking about the Pluto rising impression... oh my God, it's not what I would like to put out there. I have a Cap rising. I want to be seen as above board. I want control of this.

I also have an 8th house. Most of my life is private, in spite of writing here all day.  If I have a Cap rising functioning, and a wee bit of Libra, I have some cover or veneer.  Lots of problems, due to Mars conjunct Mercury and coarseness, but that's not Pluto.

So now I am Pluto walking but then look at this stupid progressed chart.

I would like to find a grave and hop in. I literally would.

P Venus and Mercury will leave Libra for Scorpio in a few months, and I will be living that fiasco. It looks like caregiver to the dying, you think?

I have these friends who are very ill. I would trade places with them so fast... which they all know. I just don't like this.

How do you overloaded people deal with this stuff?

((((Elsa)))) I'm sorry you're going through this 🙁  That progressed stellium does not look fun either. I'm not loaded with things like this, but my first instinct is that lots of sunlight and being outdoors would be good medicine.  But I know you already do gardening so you are getting plenty of that, though!

My feeling after reading about this transit is that there is such depth one never really knew was there. Like you are exploring the depths of the depths of the depths, but I could be wrong because it's just my impression. Gross example, but I knew someone who had C. Diff and she said she was in utter disbelief of just how much waste had come out of her body, like an agonizing purge she thought would never end, and there was the burn each time but once it was all out of her, she felt like a brand new person. Btw I love gross analogies and am kind of the queen of them...

There's so much we carry over the years. You are carrying a lot right now, too! I don't really know how it works and the progressed Scorpio stellium that adds a lot to the mix, but I hope that you can experience a lightness after this!

@rapunzelsoldierfish thank you.

I agree on the sun... health will be a big deal. Service. I will work to death, looks like.

I have access to deep, deep insight at this time. I do enjoy this but it's also a labor.  That 6th house. I am right below the surface, knowing.

In one year, I will have P Cap moon and it will conjunct P Saturn in the 8th house, for a year.

So I will have 5 planets in Scorpio with Moon and Saturn in Cap / 8th. How's that sound?  Did I mention, Pluto will be in Virgo at the base of the chart?

It's astonishing and it'll be remarkable to observe.

Pluto is not just about Pluto - its very connected to elimination of emotive pain and old patterns connected to the SN and the point opposite the Black Moon.

you are strong, Elsa, very strong. emotionally, mentally, and you are blessed with that and helping others. I think having 8th gives you this powerful strength. like a strong powerful pillar who can hold up others in need.

I can imagine you are getting more and more frantic consult requests, and will be getting more with things unfolding the way they are in the world right now!

My progressed chart has Taurus Rising with my moon and saturn conjunct there facing off against my 7th house Scorpio sun, mercury, venus, & Jupiter conjunction. Neptune is there, too at 0* Sagittarius. The planets either oppose or conjunct each other now.

The Scorpio placements have been like this for years and will be like this for more years. Plus, mars and uranus are conjoined in Libra in my 6th house.

Having Scorpio planets and pluto on my sun naturally, it isn't much different either way. I'm pretty much a hermit as it is.

But for this to happen to a person who is social and positive, it must drive you batty. There is that saying, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. When in Scorpio, do as the Scorpio does.

Research things, dig deep down and get to the roots of issues. Having a strong 8th house should help you with this.

I am still wondering how long progressed planets stay in a sign. Lol. My sun is only 19 degrees in Scorpio right now.

Just keep going.
