I'm really interested in planets on angles in the natal chart (and other charts). This year my solar return has Jupiter rising - pretty cool!
My natal chart has the sun and Mercury conjunct the IC (Placidus has it tightly conjunct, equal houses is a little looser). I'm very private and put a lot of energy into my home and my roots.
My husband has his sun and Jupiter at the top of his chart. He is large and in charge, extroverted, loves public success.
My kids all have planets conjunct angles in their charts, all either ascendant or MC. I'm excited to see how it plays out in their personalities and as the years go on.
I found this site that has some good information on aspects to angles - hover your cursor over the word "blog" and it pops up.
Do you have any planets on angles? What is their effect in your life?

Planets conjunct angles are amplified. The effect is significant. When you have more than one (which in my world, means they aspect each other), it can easily dominate the chart.
I don't really mean, amplified. I mean, AMPLIFIED.
I have Pluto/Uranus conjunct the MC opposing Chiron on the fourth house cusp exactly.
I inhabit the Virgo Pluto/Uranus part of the opposition pretty much. My childhood situation was Pisces/Chiron. I helped my mother deal with stuff. I'm now a librarian (Virgo) helping kids in an economically depressed school (Pisces).
I have flipped the script on occasion and felt persecuted by nitpicking oppressors haha.....but it isn't a natural position for my Sun/Mars Capricorn so I try to snap out of it when it happens.
Planets on an angle also cast a shadow on the opposite angle.
Mars in Leo on my Midheaven at the midpoint between Saturn and Uranus overwhelmed and obscured the IC for a long time.
Sun is two degrees away from MC in Libra and Pluto is six degrees away. I think I just have really strong energy for better or worse.
