I've been doing some thinking, and realized that in most places I worked at, I ruffled someone's feathers, often without me saying a word to them.
I even caught one guy on a "paper trail quest" years ago.
I'm not exactly sure what unsettles people, but here are some house placements that might.
Sun and Mars in the 5th
Uranus and Pluto in the 6th
Jupiter on the DSC
Saturn in the 1st
Thoughts?
I you have a Sun Mars conjunction (I use 12 degrees with the luminaries) my view is that there's your answer.
My placement is Sun square Mars and I didn't realise fully till my mid 30s how this aspect is combative (and can be antagonistic) by itself.
Ideally in your upcoming new job you will be given ample space and freedom to utilise your leadership, courageous and action-oriented skills.
About your other placements...
I've known people with Saturn in the first house or conjunct the Ascendant. OK, they are the ones doing everything in such a diligent, structured and disciplined way (and in a natural way to them, bless them, since young) that it can make others wonder if they sleep and feel a bit resentful (one in comparison to them falls a little or much shorter) but at the end of the day this person is so reliable and committed they get more acknowledgement, recognition and love from others as people mature and see their immense value and contribution.
Ideally with your Saturn you are given plenty of important responsibilities at work.
The Jupiter descendant conjunction is just a bonus to those working around you. Hehe, perhaps some arrogance and inflated sense of self (opposite ascendant) which can be projected onto others (descendant) but this energy is lovely, I think, to have around. So bountiful.
Uranus and Pluto in the 6th - hope you are given ample space at work to utilise your power and highly innovative ways of doing and seeing things on a daily basis. These planets in the 6th means the person might get frustrated daily with co-workers who are acting in disempowered ways, those acting in bullish-ways (misuse of power) and those not as innovative as them. With a bit of luck they aspect the midheaven for these planetary skillset to be appreciated and utilised at work.
In summary, my money is on the Sun Mars (if they are in conjunction) and possibly the Uranus-Pluto in the 6th/co-workers/daily habits and work.
They're tightly conjunct. In Leo. ????
Mars 13d, Sun 15d.
So far, so good. I've only been shadowing - today is day five - but this clinic (I'm a vet tech) is so much more relaxed than the old one. The doctors weren't the issue. The staff was.
Holy crap, in all my years working, I never saw such pettiness.
Some other chart factors:
Moon in the 6th, widely conjunct Jupiter, widely opposite the ASC, square the MC
Mercury peregrine in the 5th and trine the MC (Cap)
Venus in the 6th, conjunct Pluto (and Uranus loosely) and sextile Neptune
