Interesting, Tonya. Our Neptunes are in opposite houses yet we have similar Neptune experiences. We’re both of the same generation.

When I was a kid I swore I saw a commercial for a phone that also had a small tv screen on it. You could see and talk to the person at the same time (like FaceTime but with a cord phone). This was in the early 1970’s. But it was the only time I saw it and people had no idea what I was talking about.

Sometimes I also feel like the news is déjà vu. I mean, it is with 24 hr news but we’re talking week’s difference in time.

Neptune is kooky. I kind of like it but I like to make sure I’ve got one hand holding onto the dock as I tread.

Well opposites tend to end up being very similar just going about it in opposing fashion.

Like my Taurus Moon being open but truly wilful in changing for anyone. Which of course is best for emotions. Keeps us level.

Scorpio is like that but tends to go passive and waits to let it out at the right time. Not good due to coming off ad too controlled blocking the very much needed emotionality.

Mars in Scorp. Mars in Taurus both horrific tempers but Taurus is slower.

I agree because Neptune can sweep you out to sea and leave you wondering what the heck! You must have had a vision of the future to come with the phone thing in the 70s.

And one never knows when this stuff will happen, but it happens when you are not thinking about anything to do with the phenomena. While at work, these visions would happen when I would glance up and then would be gone fast. Neptune sure can make one feel insane.

Around that time, I started doing tarot readings for my managers/co-workers with results. Then in the early 2000s I started using the internet and would get psychic feelings about people that I was talking to and it freaked them out.

I just checked and Neptune was transiting my 12th thru my 1st house during the time frame of all of these 90s/2000s experiences. No wonder.

I wonder if Neptune is to blame for my Virgo friends lack of discernment for the past year or two.

Ann, being a Virgo myself, I would say that is the case. I am finding myself in a brain fog and I am starting to worry that people will think I am on drugs. I swear that I am not doing any drugs of any kind, but I can't hold a thought together for very long anymore. Just today my husband asked if I was ok because I just looked dazed.

I told him I'm in a Neptunian haze and he had no clue so I told him, my brain is foggy and I am unable to think clearly like I used to. The archetype Virgo would be in a full blown panic attack over not being able to think precisely. At this stage, I am forgetting things from one moment to the next and am starting to think I am getting dementia.

Neptune has been in my first house since Mid-Aquarius and it is stuck there in Pisces. My natal Neptune is exactly sextile my Sun, but the T Neptune is rough. And it also squares my Moon and it wreaks havoc with me.

So yes, I would say your Virgo friend is drowning under Neptune's waves.

I have Neptune conjunct Mars in Libra in the 1st house. I see Neptune as a drain, but it softens things. There is beauty with Neptune and purity and that is a higher vibration of the sign. Falling short of that leads to always trying to achieve it through drugs or drink.

There are positives and negatives to every sign, but we all have free will to do either. Personally, I've always been afraid of any kind of drugs that affect my psyche. I won't take them.

I wonder if a Virgo would be horribly frightened to be in a situation like that? Probably not, I believe we sometimes underestimate a Virgo's versatile personality. They can let details, and things, go, if they need to! They're strong!
