I consider myself to be big enthusiastic person when it comes to music. I can't live without it. Plain and simple.
I was wondering if you can tell what kind of music people like when looking into their natal chart placements.
I'm not sure where to look at but i will give it a try.
I was born with Moon in Pisces. I do love electronic music that has depth to it. To be dreamy and melodic as two most important elements. When i listen to music it needs to be colorful and detailed. If these two things are delivered in track then my imagination can run high and i get lost in a moment. Almost like a daydream. Imagining various pictures in my head, feeling the vibe and sometimes i can tell which color is some melody. I know it sounds crazy, i know!
Music sounds so much better at night, at least for me.
Electronic music genre is so wide spread that it is impossible to not find something you like.
However for my taste it needs to be groovy and exciting (maybe because i have Venus in Leo). I like to dance to music as well. Oh my i get shivers all over my back!
I think this topic is also fitting because of summer time!
I'm curious to see what you ladies and gentlemen have to say about this one!

What about Neptune's sign, house and aspects? Maybe Neptune in 11th or Neptune-Uranus aspected might also like electronic music.
I think placements of personal planets in Pisces and strong Neptune or and Venus aspects/themes point to a love of music (amongst other creative and artistic things.)
Chopin and Pisces, I think they go together. Instinct says this, not logic.
When I was an adolescent I liked some heavy metal (and classical music - which I still love - and rock and pop.)
Jazz I loved in my early 30s. Then just dropped it.
Now it's either classical music or pop and rock music from the 70s, 80s and 90s.
Cannot listen to true heavy metal now despite having tried - my nervous system can't take it. Got lots of Neptune energy - I think it's related.
Can't contribute to more on the topic - the theme of deepening music and astrology links escapes me.
I do agree with you about not being able to live without music. Said it as a teen and stand by it now.

Summer and music - yey.
I would say my Moon is well aspected. Four sextiles (NN, Asc, Neptune and Uranus).
2nd house Moon. Trine with Pluto (10th house Scorpio) and one Opposition with Mercury (8th house Virgo).
Neptune aspects: Square with Mars, Conjuction with NN and Asc, Trine with Mercury and Sextile with Moon. I am also Capricorn rising.
I used to listen more aggressive music as well when i was younger. But still electronic. And how i get older i change my taste as well.

I have broad taste, I kinda go through stages. My favourite electronic group is Goldfrapp; love this duo!. I also use to listen to Ladytron. I loved their album title, Witching Hour.
ATM, I can’t get enough of Norah Jone’s new album. I find the piano so soothing. I also love the song lyrics. One song is about twin flames which is very catchy.Â
My love of music has been lifelong. My friends and family can always hear my loud music when I pull up into their driveway. I’ll be doing this till the end, right up to ? ?
