Mercury retrograde doesn’t happen til Monday??

NAOOOOOOOO!!!!! 😩

So far, the last few days have sucked balls. I know someone who has had the equivalent of a Mercury Rx on steroids, just in the past several days. Their sanity is hanging on today—BY A THREAD.

@notmycircus It's going to be something... this whole weekend.

The AZ election results are supposed to be released on Friday after the market closes.

@elsa Yikes. Tomorrow I’m calling my boss to find out whether I’m seeing my Saturday client or not. She just told me she was exposed to Covid yesterday. Not sure if she’s been given a test yet or not. (I think 3-5 days after exposure is preferred.) I’m not required to see her if she has it. If I do go, can’t see any other clients.

Just realised Eris is involved in the Mercury-Pluto square during the rx. She's at 24.26 Aries rx, Pluto at 24.20 rx and Mercury just stationed at 25.27 rx. Something felt extra about this Mercury rx starting and I was thinking about Chiron, but it's Eris directly involved over there in Aries. Pluto will reach it's station degree this Friday 24.19 and go direct next Thursday. With the cardinal new moon in Libra on Wednesday.

This going to be a full-blown son-of-a-bitch.

A significant portion of my business in recent days, has been around un-fuking miscommunications between clients and their loved ones of love interests.

Case in point, one gal contacted me, pissed and hurt over a remark someone she cares for deeply, made. The comment was completely misunderstood.  I mean 180 degrees.

When I suggested this, the client was shocked.  But as we talked, it became clear I was right... this is an important relationship to the client and it was about to end, painfully, on a misunderstanding.  Instead, there is now a hot date planned!

Careful about assumptions at this time.  I don't know why people don't give others more credit.

@elsa I agree with what you wrote on another post about people being traumatized and reactive. It's interesting about your clients and their relationships. Last night I was doing the same unwinding of miscommunication with my partner. I feel under the spell of my childhood trauma and its colouring my vision. I wonder about Eris in Aries, it is very much the sign of the child.

@elsa A further thought, when people are experiencing ptsd they can be so overwhelmed by the effect of the traumatic experiences inside that they are unable to acknowledge others as separate from them ie., from what is negative happening in their heads. Others become potentially hostile and induce paranoia. There is no space for empathy about others at this point. The person with ptsd needs holding and containing whilst they experience the emotions and discover they are from the past, reactivated. That's probably what you are doing a lot of right now!

@sophiab this makes sense. Happily, when you can reorient someone to where they see the truth of a situation, there is enormous relief on their part. What's striking at this time is people seem to stay out of the fray, once they've been pulled from it.  This is remarkable.

I think it's because it's so painful. Once you've endured it, you don't want to experience it again.  It's akin to being pulled from a fire and not running back into the flames.

Sounds obvious but I have been doing this for decades and it's not usual. What has been usual is to see a person (myself included) step in the same pile of $^&^$, a few times, ten times, before they opt to walk around these traps and stay on an even keel.

I guess there is a sense of urgency. Time is running out?

Pluto in Capricorn/time? I don't know but while this is going to be a difficult Rx, it may also be an exceptional time to resolve your "mistakes of your intellect" (nod to James Braha), once and for all.

@elsa Reading this I can't help make the association to shaman and shamanic healing - very bodily orientated removal of pain or suffering. The mind is taken offline in terms of its domination and control over the body, allowing the body to intuitively release or give up trapped traumatic emotional experience that has been stored within it and has been affecting the person's ability to live for years. So intense an experience a person's path is altered by the removal of trapped 'negative' energy, with no desire afterwards to continue seeking contact with such energy outside of themselves (which happens when you try to locate the internal wound when you are unconscious of it being inside). I do believe this is Pluto in Capricorn at work, because of the Cancer (bodily, emotional) polarity. It offers possibility for powerful energetic transformation, which simultaneously transforms a persons sense of reality. If a person no longer repeats (is stuck in a time loop) because of an unresolved wound, their whole reality shifts (ie., if this happens to enough individuals we experience a collective paradigm shift).

@sophiab I just hate the idea of suffering for nothing.

Someone told me today, this is their fave post of mine of all time.

Misunderstandings, wrong assumptions can really do you (and your relationships) in.

@sophiab that is a really beautiful description of how shamanic healing works, and also helps to explain why Ketamine is being used to treat Ptsd (I'm not recommending this treatment but I keep hearing about the trials, in addition to MDMA and other things that seem counterintuitive).

What I'm seeing in general is people point blank refusing to acknowledge any lies/hiding from them. I've even been indirectly asked to cover up quite a big lie.

My Mercury is at 28degrees Libra in 9th house, and I am determined to speak my truth. It ain't going to be pretty, but it's long overdue. I don't know which way this will go, though - will people bury the truth even deeper, or let it out to air?
